Abhorrent customer service. Booked a long term stay through this hotel's website for available dates. After not being able to get through the phone and speak with a representative, I was called less than a month before my booked dates saying the room was already booked and my reservation would need to be cancelled. Needs new management so that travelers like me are not inconvenienced so greatly.

We originally came and expected to stay 7-8 months, but ended up staying 2-1/2 years. All the staff is great, Maggie handles anything for you! Well kept and clean, they treat you very well, like family, not just guests. Maggie even treated our dog as her own. Very welcoming place to stay short or long term. She was great when we had guests as well. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom units most of our time there.
Centrally located in Coconut Grove, you can walk to a multitude of restaurants and stores, The Barnacle Park and Peacock Park, or the Marina. Walk to the annual Art Festival.

Visited during a food tour and loved everything they provided! Had amazing bites of delicious foods. Service was fantastic,The chicken was flavorful and the rice was yummy. Visiting there is absolutely worthy, an absolute value for money. The restaurant is elegant, genuine and cozy with reasonable prices.
