Most of our patients feel as if Ashley is a member of their family. Her smile has been seen in our office since 1996! Ashley, who is RDA-certified, originally began working with Dr. Mizell as a clinical assistant, so she is familiar with all aspects of our office. Dr. Mike Mizell, a native of Palestine, TX, has had the distinct honor of helping to shape the faces and smiles of more than 16,000 Houstonians since 1990. Appointments at Dr. Mizell's office are always a pleasure. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Although Dr. Mizell always has patients in the chairs, he acts like you are the only patient of the day. So personable, warm and attentive during his time chairside with you. I have seen so many of his patients after they finish their treatment, and they look fabulous! Highly recommend Dr. Mizell!

Dr. Mizell is an excellent orthodontist and has many years of experience. His office is very nice, clean, orderly and comfortable. His staff is always professional, there’s never a long wait. He explains the whole treatment and gives you a time frame. Being able to pay monthly was helpful. I would recommend ( and already have) Dr. Mizell to anyone looking for the best orthodontist in Houston.

Dr Mizell is very warm and friendly. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Having braces was a pleasant experience for my daughter. Her teeth look beautiful. Also, the cost of her braces was very reasonable. She was my third child in braces but the first to use Dr Mizell. I would highly recommend.

Terrible. Tries to scam customers into getting braces more than once for his gain. All he has is one conversation point with each guest what psycho does that. Couldn't care less about financial status of his patients. My family had to cancel our trip to Bangladesh to pay for my daughters second round of braces

Very kid friendly atmosphere. The nurse/assistant was very good at explaining what would happen beforehand and continued talking/explaining during the actual event. They talked to my son vs talking around him, which was very appreciated and made my son comfortable. (My son is 7.) The Dr was also very good at making my son feel at ease and ensuring that I was well informed on my son's teeth situation. I felt that he was very upfront, open and honest. Turns out that he assessed that we did not need any orthodontic treatments as of yet, and pointed out things to watch out for as my son gets older

More importantly I felt like now I had a plan to help me with my smile, it was so embarrassing for so many years to not smile.

Great orthodontist! I got my Invisalign done here and I'm very happy with it. The actual cost is pretty standard between all the DDS offices, so that was not something spectacular. But the service is great. All the assistants are nice and kind and have sparkling teeth and of course all so pretty since that's the dental service trend. No matter how many appointments I need for my braces they're all included in my plan. It's a year later and I can still go at no extra charge - I love that.
