I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Brown and her staff. Quality work, Southern hospitality, and affordable services. I would recommend Dr. Brown 10/10 times, every time on days ending in Y, and twice on Sunday! :) All jokes aside, I needed to get braces to align one of my canine teeth in this very small space and 18 months later, it looks amazing. I am grateful!!!

Customer service, professionalism, and people-oriented environment I've ever experience in my adult life. All I can say is that Dr. Brown and her crew made my experience one to never be forgotten. The staff is always nice, facility is always clean. Dr. Brown is excellent fixing your smile. It has been nothing but pleasant coming here. Cost was better than a lot of other places and I feel as she gifts you more on your investment. Oh and she's from my home state ++ "Mississippi". She has been wonderful in helping me achieve the smile I desire.

I want to personally and publicly thank Dr. Brown for her attentiveness, professionalism, and overall great spirit; especially during these trying times... I have been a patient for about 2 years now, and her practice has always operated top-tier with everything!

This review is a bit tardy as I finished with my orthodontic treatment at Heather Brown Orthodontics about 2 years ago.

- My consultation experience was fantastic -- every was incredibly friendly, answered all my questions, etc. and I spoke for a couple of minutes with Dr. Brown. That was the longest period of time I spent with her though, as I would be lucky to see her for more than 1-2 mins at all subsequent appointments.
- Limited office hours: Closed on Fridays and weekends, no evening hours. Fine for the majority of people but it got kind of tiring having to take off work to make my appointments

Dr Brown and her dental assistant GLORIA are sooooooo sweet and understanding. If you can request a dental assistant for your appt please ask for Gloria! If you're looking for an ortho come here

I wish, I went with my daughter’s orthodontist.
The staff are really nice. My complaint is with dr.brown. I wish, she was there to see her patients when they have their appointments. when the assistant is done with everything, she needs to check to see if everything is done properly before releasing the patients. I believe she is all about the money but not the service.
That is the type of service my daughter received by her orthodontist. Her orthodontist didn’t release her till the work was perfect.

All this place cares about is money. Everyone is so welcoming and nice everything u want in a dentist. Ms. Heather brown is so great. Way more Expensive than other orthos . I did lots of research before choosing this office . Even if i had to pay out of pocket. My son recieved braces and i did invisalign. We have insurance , treatment plan and payment plan for the difference not covered. Now they called insurance verified everything more than once i have my contract on how much i will be paying . I never not one time missed 1 payment or late on a payment! For me or my son! Im so angry and full

I was really pleased with my previous orthodontist and was looking for a comparable new orthodontist to continue my treatment after I had relocated. I intended to do a few consults and make a decision, however I was so impressed by Dr Brown and her staff that I began the process to become a patient that same day! Everyone was very friendly and professional and I'm excited to see my new smile!

The best orthodontist in the city hands down. She is patient, understanding, and they keep working with you til the job is done. Because of my busy school schedule I kept missing appointments. They kept working with me well after receiving my last payment and did not try to rush me or give me a lower quality of service. The whole office treats you like family. Aside from a trainee or two when they expanded their office to accommodate the volume of patients, I have never had issues with my visits. Even the removal process was relatively painless. First thing that came to mind was their overhead-cha-ching$$ I saw pictures of celebrities and it appeared the staff went on some crusie line trips.Ok, the staff is well taken care of...I was led to one room with four nice ladies in one room--including the Dr.. I sat in a massage chair, was offered some wine, got to spin a wheel for a discount, with other amnenities. I thought I was on the "Wheel of Fortune" or "The Love Boat." Greatest Ortho in Houston!! Very knowledgeable, down to earth, pleasant, genuine and incredibly stunning! Dr. Brown and her staff made me feel special and very comfortable. On top of that their office has a movie theatre and massage chair- I mean come on! I was hooked and now I LOVE my braces.

Had my braces taken off in 2012 and enjoyed their services. I loved how my teeth turned out and I really loved that I was able to be on a monthly plan for the ceramic braces and was not charged interest!! Great team. Wait was around 10 mins. And actual time for services maybe 10-15. Depending on what needed to be done! Great place!

I've been going to Dr. Heather Brown's orthodontist office for about three years. They are the best and very friendly . The time of me having my braces was actually a great time because they made it fun for me lol . I received so many orthobucks lol I actually have a lot saved up, but it all encouraged me to do more and take better care of my hygiene. My son received treatment here for almost 3 years. After my sons treatment, his teeth were not as straight as they should be. Several times, the office was under internal drama. This made for uncomfortable visits. Way too much drama for a small office.
