Dr. Arguello is not willing to let finances stand in the way of your treatment. It is our mission to provide you with affordable treatment that fits your budget! The cost for services depends upon the type and duration of treatment required. We will give you the exact cost for treatment once the doctor has actually examined you or your child.
Dr. Arguello and his team are excited to announce our "Partners in Education" program! We have done this in an effort to address the school budget cuts in the area and become part of the solution! We are currently donating $100.00 directly to the school of choice for each new patient who begins treatment.
We are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office. Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs.

Stratton: I went to 4 different orthodontists to consult about having Invisalign. Dr. Arguello was the most attentive, responsive, and more affordable than all the others. I actually felt like he was examining my teeth and pointing out ways they could be fixed, rather than taking a quick glance and recommending the most expensive treatment.
When a person's teeth or jaws do not fit together properly, orthodontic treatment may be necessary to correct the problem. If left untreated, these orthodontic problems, often referred to as malocclusions, can cause speech difficulty, premature wear of the teeth and protective enamel, and even increase the chance of injury to the teeth and jaw joints.

I love Dr. A and his staff. Very friendly and makes you feel welcomed every time. I started off with a severe case which kept me from smiling and talking as much as I would’ve like. Within 3 years my smile brought a new me. Oh let me not forget to mention who doesn’t like free ice cream at the end of your visit!! Best Orthodontics office!

I recently finished with my Invisalign which was a one year process and I had the best experience. The staff were great. They worked with my schedule regarding check-ups and Dr. Arguello is very personable which made every trip fun.
The office is also very clean and modern which added a visual touch to the visit. Overall, I highly recommend this practice if you're considering braces or Invisalign!

Very clean, super friendly and extremely professional! Dr. Arguello is so good with both my children and makes us all feel at ease. So sad that they were flooded during Harvey but the new place is incredibly fresh, well designed and tastefully decorated. All high tech new devices so there's none of that foaming mold like back in the day... All of the staff are inviting and always in a pleasant mood! There are frozen treats in the waiting room as well as great literature for the kids, coffee for grown ups and even a tooth-selfie stand. Super fun and always a pleasure going for our visits!

We love Houston Orthodontics! Dr. A and his staff are so nice and friendly. My identical twin daughters we very worried when we began this process, but Dr. Arguello could not have been more comforting and sweet. He explains everything as he goes along so there are no surprises. He also is one of the few that can tell the twins apart and has only known them for 18 months and seen them every six weeks during that time. Some of my friend can't tell my girls apart. Thanks Dr. A for all you do!

Dr. Arguello is awesome! He took care of my older daughter before and now is caring for the younger one who has a more complicated case. He takes time to care for each kid and explains the treatments to my daughters in terms that they can follow and therefore adhere to at home. The staff are friendly and always supportive and helpful in the office or on the phone. We had another orthodontist before Dr. A and we truly appreciate the personal attention he gives to us (as well as to each of his patients) compared to our previous doc. I definitely would recommend him to anyone seeking orthodontics
