Horrible management. nearly 1900 to get broken into 3 different times by another tenant, and have management take forever to do something about it. it’s close to impossible to get ahold of someone at the front and they always have a “closed” sign on the door, but when they are in need something, they are quick to be on the phone with you. living here was a joke. spend your money elsewhere. villa mondavi or any other ‘fuller apartment home’ has much better management and takes much better care of the people that live there. i would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family

If I could give this place no stars I would. $50 a month to park your car outside? Don’t think you will get a spot near your apartment either. Management does not answer the phone at all doesn’t get back to you in time. Everything is by appointment because of covid but everything else is fully opening up in California. I’m basically paying $1850 to sleep. Don’t waste your time or money please! No nothing happened I’m not out on a revenge streak I just don’t want people making the mistake I did by living here.

Based on my research, this is the most expensive apartment complex in Bakersfield - by far. What do you get for the privilege? Fireworks in the middle of the night, residents illegally parking in the disabled spots for days at a time, noisy tenants, dumpster divers and so much more. Maintenance is slow and mgmt can really only be reached via email. When you move out you can kiss your deposit goodbye and expect an additional charge on top. I barely lived in this high priced dive for 6 months before I just couldn't take it anymore and moved out. They stacked up an absurd amount of charges to clean

The apartments themselves are average and normal looking. The amenities were of course closed during Covid but that was not reflected in the price. The management was barely ever available or responsive. Their stated hours did not seem to be accurate and they did not like answering the phone or the door. It was a secure location, which was nice. But for the amount of the apartment, asking for the office workers to be available at least half the time isn't asking for much. They also wanted to raise the apartment price for tenants during coronavirus, which seemed scummy to me. Not worth the price

Lived here almost two years the building is nice and amenities are good but the management is god awful. They are inconsiderate of the residents who travel out of town for work. Management continues to post flyers on doors because they are too cheap to pay for postage to have the letters in our mailbox. They have you pay for a parking pass for an extra vehicle which is fine if they actually towed people from the back who don’t have the orange tag but they don’t and they only towed one person when that individual parked in the management spot. Oh and management is always has a sign out be back

I have lived here for the past four years. In my experience it's a great place. It's kept up and has great amenities. Like a pool with nice outdoor seating and a fireplace. A gym and two large gas barbeques to name a few. I think the thing I like the most is that it has its own handy man. So if anything goes horably wrong they can fix it quickly.
