My Attorney, Russell Hodges was magnificent in court today! He took a very old Trust template that was written under a 1970 law and masterfully navigated his way through every Article of the Trust and the law to prove that I am the sole beneficiary of the Trust. His skill, knowledge and organization drove the truth home to a clear conclusion. I highly recommend Mr. Hodges as a trusted attorney.

My father recently passed away. My sister and I had questions regarding our rights as his heirs, especially as there is non-relative with claims on his estate and will not even allow us to retrieve family heirlooms from my father's home.
I just spoke with a woman named Ricky at the firm. She started asking me questions about my situation, so I answered. At that point, she told me her best advice was for me to file as an estate administrator with the county before the non-relative mentioned above could do so. Not knowing what that was, I simply asked what would be the benefit of doing that, to

The lawyer I used ( Chris Miller) was very professional, great about keeping me up to date. He took his time with me when I had guestions, always ask if there was anything he could help me with. He repersented my daughter. The law firm also helped me with my husband's paperwork and gave good advice when I needed it. Didn't charge a arm and leg for their survices. Cheryl was very helpful with my situations. Very pleasent lady, every body easy to talk to.

Nope. Nope. Nope.... Stole our earnest money... Mr Hodges is extremely unorganized, not very knowledgeable, technology illiterate AND flat out unethical. Within 2 months of retaining his services, our family realized we were a bad fit for Mr Hodges' services (he rarely if ever returned phone calls or emails), and we asked that our earnest money be returned. It was at that point (when we asked for our remaining retainer money back) Mr Hodges created, fabricated and backdated all sort of BOGUS CLIENT BILLING HOURS (line items stating "receipt and review of ...") so that he could justify

This lawyer was very rude to me this morning when I called him about refund of earnest money on a house I backed out of for the seller not making the repairs. He said a refund of $1000 is not enough money, Lithonia, GA is too far from him (he's only 20 min away in Atlamta), and good luck to you. He hung up the phone right after and that was rude. I do not recommend this lawyer. No class.

I hired Hodges in an estate matter. He didn't seem to know the answer to any of my questions, asked the lady in Probate Court and then turned to me to respond as the papers were filed. He made such a mess he didn't communicate to me the problems created. I had to fire him and hire another attorney to find out what was going on. He would not return my calls or talk to me when I did happen to catch him in the office. I reported him but was told poor representation is not handled by the Bar Association.
I would not recommend him for anything.

I would NOT recommend Russell Hodges. I paid him to take care of a very simple traffic violation. He didn't even show up at the first court date so I had to reschedule. Then he showed up an hour late after I tracked him down. Then in follow up items I literally made more than two dozen calls to him without a response. Through his assistant he assured me he would take care of the follow up required three times but never did. He answered the phone once when I called and told me to call him on Saturday and when I called of course no answer. I wouldn't hire him to cut my lawn. I have

As my wife and I have arrived at the magic midpoint in the sixth decade of our lives, we decided to properly arrange our estate matters so as to step around the minefields of probate law, estate taxes, Medicaid qualification, succession of heirs, and creation and management of trusts. I know, it doesn't sound like any fun at all, but, having seen several inheritance fights and probate messes, things like this ought to be done well in advance. Russell Hodges is a kind, helpful, creative, and attentive advocate, well versed in Elder Law. Sit with him and see for yourself. We are so happy to
