Jodi is awesome. Always on top of the job . Always great to talk to her . There's always bad or good reviews .. But for me I give them a AAA .thank you

It rarely happens but when something like a hole in the drain pipe of my sink occur this weekend I sent an email Sunday and got a reply first thing the next morning. First from the office then from the maintenance crew to set up The earliest possible appointment. Thank you Jodi Corona and your whole staff for your excellent service to meet your tenants needs.

Great experience at Western Nevada Management! I usually communicate with Jodi Corona, who has always been professional, respectful and compassionate. She has been very helpful to me, which hasn't been my experience with other property management companies. I highly recommended her and Western Nevada Management. (Thank you, Jodi!)

Our property Manager, Jodi Corona, always perform at an excellent manner. She responds to our emails in a timely manner. We appreciate her service.

I personally don't believe they oversee my HOA with the high standards, support, morals and ethics, that I would want from someone who's apart of a team that serves my community.

I had a great rental experience with them. Jodi is awesome and took care of any issues I had quickly.
I made sure to clean out the rental
house well upon move out and had no issues with getting my deposit back.

Okay experience while we were living there, but the rent went up significantly each year, and they screwed us on the way out the door. They took nearly all of our deposit on fees and cleaning to get it ready for the next renters, while also charging us for the rent while it was all getting done after we had moved out--and we spent days getting the place looking great before we left. Don't expect your deposit back. It's just a cleaning fee to them.

NEVER CHOSE THIS COMPANY !!! PlEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME !!!!!!

MONEY!!! When we moved out we left it in much better condition then when we left . We were still charged over $1600 for cleaning and damage which was not there previously We even provided over 50 photos of the house after it was cleaned showing no damage and how it was left in pristine condition and

Had a great experience with Western Nevada Management. Stars above the rest. Western is a great company for rentals , not only are They punctual with repairs, they have excellent customer service. Jody and Michael exceed expectations far beyond. Wonderful professional people working for a great company . I would rent from them again and again.

If I could give these people negative stars, I would. Literally the worst property management company in Nevada. They claim they send out notices, they don't. They claim they are working on your HOA complaints so that your neighbors are compliant and the neighborhood looks presentable, but they aren't. Nothing improves, if anything, conditions get worst. And they charge an exuberant amount in HOA a month which I would love to know where that money goes to. I would give negative stars if I could. I have waited two weeks to write this review after my last interaction with Jodi Corona. (They also have moved to a new location at Peckham lane by the Atlantis. ) I rented from Western Nevada Management for 1 1/2 years. I was also in close contact with the owner of the property I rented. Whenever we had an issue, the owner dealt with the situation from out of state. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a property manager. Dishonesty at its finest. Save yourself a headache and look literally anywhere else for a house.

Man, everytime something goes wrong with my condo, Jodi is always on it! That's why we're still here. I don't know what the 1 star raters are talking about. Been here 5 plus years...and besides some of the hoa rules..I love it! Western Nevada is always on top of things.

Rented a unit through this company. My landlord is a slum lord, and this company enabled her to continue to be one. You would think a rental company would help renters be treated fairly, but this company enables the oppressor, so I'd run far from this company and what it represents. Trash.

This company lost their number one asset for property management (which was their only capable property manager). At this point they are horrible at performing their job: meeting time lines, running any task efficiently, returning phone calls and emails. They are hinderance as property management. Do not use them for any reason.

Very, very poor communications. They have yet to return 2 phone calls from Monday and Thursday of last week requesting property maintenance. Neighbors call for the same issue still remain unreturned. Due to the lack of response, the Waste Management truck was not able to get to our homes for pick-up. They had 5 days to deal with the issue, but nothing.

Renting a condo through Western NV Property Management was a real disappointment. I would warn against, rather than recommend, this company to a friend.

Western Nevada Management says they have a property management division within their company, and they do. However, after sending really good photos of the inside and outside of my house, they chose to do a "drive by" and then get back to me with a price they felt I should rent it for without even asking for the key so they could go inside and check out the interior. It has, for example, brand new carpet and flooring, but how would they no that. I could go on and one here, but I'm sure you get the picture. After six years of being a client of Western Nevada Management, I can say they do a good job within the confines of what they are allowed to do under Nevada law.

Community management is a tough labor intensive business; a necessary service, and subject to interpretation. Western Nevada Management does a good job.
