Working with Hubb Realty has been miserable, and I would avoid them like the plague. They are unprofessional, uncommunicative, fail to follow through on simple commitments and attempt to overcharge their clients. As property managers, you simply cannot trust them to do their job. One of their principals, for example, met me to pick up the keys and complete the rental agreement while sick with the flu, then entered my home two days later unannounced while I was still living there and set off my alarm. I spoke to her on the phone as the alarm went off and could hear her coughing so she came over

PROS:They have software that collects 10% of your rental income. CONS:The advise I received directly resulted in thousands of dollars in property damage. My tenants requests were ignored and I wasn’t notified of their moving out until three weeks after they gave notice(only because I happened to call about a different issue). They failed to fulfill contractual obligations while blaming her associates constantly. Failed to inform me of new state laws regarding pets and security deposits AFTER I spent over $3K on repairing damages due to pets. But she was sure she “...TOLD me about the new laws”

Paige and Linda are amazing, so on top of everything, very responsive and super sweet. I had an issue with a window and it was pretty much the next day someone came to look at it. Paige has always been open to questions and very patient with me. I currently love renting from them.
