The guy behind the food at Pavy's Food Truck is Joe Pavlushik, a classically trained chef originally from Nebraska who has called Denver home for the last 10 years. After working in some of the best kitchens in town, Joe decided to start a food truck to showcase his own recipes and flavor profiles through delicious gourmet sandwiches.
Joe and the rest of the Pavy's Truck team aim to make every dining experience superb with fresh ingredients, made-to-order offerings, and fresh-fried tater tots to order. Since our first sale in May of 2015, Pavy's Food Truck has been on a mission to serve fresh food that is tailored towards Denver eaters!

Services
At Pavy's we stand for high quality food that is made from locally sourced ingredients. We like to let each sandwich shine with simple cooking techniques and balanced flavors. This sandwich is for the carnivore in us all. Prime cuts of steak are piled atop a fresh roll that has been spread with creamy horseradish sauce.

While Lockheed is remodeling their cafeteria they are bringing in a variety of food trucks for lunch. Maybe they should make food trucks a permanent feature since they are so great. Pavy's has 4 sandwich choices ranging from steak to veggie. I loved the roasted veggie sandwich. The toasted bread was fabulous darling! Gotta get tots when on the menu so I did. Wow what a huge pile of tots. One order will satisfy 3 people so share them.

I was lucky enough to have Pavy's cater my wedding and boy -- he did NOT disappoint! The food was incredible and we were given constant compliments by our guests at how much they loved the food served. My favorite of the sandwiches we chose was hands-down the Po Boy. And of course --Â THE TOTS. So amazing. Perfect finger food for guests and perfect after some all-day drinking. A HUGE thank you to Joe and his team for a wonderful experience!

At first, i was really excited about trying this place out as it posted up in front of my work, but after seeing how everything was handled, not so much anymore. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it took almost 20 minutes for me to get my food and came out soggy, the chicken was tough and tendon-y and also ended up costing $12 which is ridiculous for a sandwich. While i was waiting for my food, someone came up to grab a fork and the owner snapped at him and said "These forks are for people who order from OUR truck!" and then replied "These cost money!" and snatched the bucket

I was looking forward to this truck so I was bummed out about it. I don't have any fixes for the food truck. The food was small and tasteless and very expensive I bought five tiny sandwiches for eighty dollars. These sandwiches didn't come with anything else. I worked at several restaurants so I don't think I'm being harsh about my review even though my post was deleted because some people were crying over it.

Tried Pavy's today for lunch and was disappointed, specifically with the service.
I ordered the special which was chicken strips and tots for $9. When I ordered the special, the guy snapped and asked me to repeat myself. I said it again and had a $20 bill in my hand. He snatched it out of my hand and gave me change without any comment.
Chicken strips were good, though there were no dipping sauces. I was told the packet of ketchup was my option. The tots were nothing special but it was cold out and the meal warmed me up quickly.
I won't be going back due to the rude service

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed when I pulled up and saw a SANDWICH truck was my dinner option, but I was so wrong! With only 4 sandwiches on the menu, they better be good. THEY ARE! I had the shrimp po boy. Just the right amount of spice and the pickled green tomato was a nice touch! The bread was perfect. Not too heavy, not too light, not too much. Just enough to keep the contents IN the sandwich instead of in my lap. Yeah, I'm not the best at eating. My brother and husband got the fried chicken sandwich. The only complaint, from my brother, was too much basil aioli, but he's not

Amazingly good! And they make apartment community house calls! Lol. Not really to your apartment, but can't get much easier then finding them in your parking lot after work! Sooo good! I got a steak sandwich with horseradish sauce (great pieces of steak) and tater tots with bacon and cheese. Crazy good! Hope they come back to TImber Creek Apartments soon!

Tried out Pavy's after my apartment complex invited them to our Food Truck Thursday event. I didn't have the best experience from the get go.
For one, I thought I was incorrectly charged for my food (the Shrimp and Andouille $11 and Green Chili Tater Tots $7 added up to be $19). When I inquired, the worker gave me a dumb look and blandly told me it was sales tax. Some trucks include tax into the food cost or write "tax not included" on their sign, so it was a genuine mistake in which I received a bit too much sass for.
It took about 30 minutes for the food to come out because

All 3 items on the menu are amazing, pork belly mixes the best with craft beer :-) the blackened shrimp and andouille sausage is great tasting. This young guy is putting out great food, if he is around where your at, get his food. I'm from New Mexico, so I recommend real green chili from Hatch (grown only in New Mexico not hatch grown in CO) no offense but it truly taste different. Yes I'm a green chili snob...
