To host parties at The Mynt, we offer you the entire dining hall, typically held Saturday lunches, with exclusive access to the buffet area and with a menu of your choice. For off-site events and parties, we offer consolidated versions of our popular menu and can also provide for chafing dishes or on-site tandoor per requirement.

We ordered palak paneer and chicken biryani. We used to be occasional customers at Mynt but stopped ordering there due to the inconsistent quality of the food. We returned to try it last week hoping things would have improved, unfortunately the food continues to be poor quality. The biryani was ok but the oss add kek paneer tasted like frozen brocolli thawed with cream added to it. It was really inedible , For $15 I would expect better. Very very disappointed.

A good fine dine experience. Ordered Chicken Biriyani and kofta. The Kofta was very delicious. The Biriyani was one of a kind. Not comparable to the southern style with heavy spices but on a lighter side but flavorful. If you want an Indian fine dine, flavorful dishes without the heaviness this should be a spot to go.

It was my first time trying this restaurant. We ordered gobi florets manchurian, sham savere kofta, laccha paratha and garlic naan. The gobi florets manchurian tasted good but the florets were too big to bite into. They could have chopped them into tinier pieces in my opinion. The sham savere kofta didn't look like the pictures on Yelp. The kofta balls weren't sliced and we got 2 huge kofta balls that we had to cut ourselves. Very good Indian food. Among the top 3 in the Bay Area alongside Amberdhara PALO alto and paradise biryani... their malai kofta, organic curry chicken, fish and methi mutter malai are top of line ... their amchuri Bhindi is hands down the best you can get anywhere... their dum biryani is ok but won't blow your mind away

Never order any catering food from this place. Food is very different from what you eat at restaurant. Also for 30 people food order, they sent 10 naans and didn't tell us before hand that they will be sending less naans. They said food would be enough for 30 people. Also, after we received order, we asked if they can make more naans, they said we will be charged for more naans and we will have to pick it up again from their place later. Pathetic manager and people working at this place.

There was a dead fly in the food that we ordered. I ordered butter chicken and Paneer curry from They Mynt as the pictures looked great and the restaurant name sounded exotic Indian. We were very hungry and started serving the food into plates. I even had a couple of bites and there it is, a fly in the food. It was disgusting. I was surprised with the hygiene levels.

I was craving for Indian food, so I browsed on DoorDash for butter chicken & was super happy with my meal! I asked to make my butter chicken spicy & they did not disappoint. I don't remember seeing a spice level for this dish on DoorDash, but I was able to add a comment on it. The sauce was creamy with the perfect thick/slurpy consistency to pair with naan. I'm definitely going to try different dishes next time & maybe go check out the restaurant instead!

We have been going to the lunch buffet here for years, 2-3 times a month, because of the extensive high quality offerings at a reasonable price...would rate the buffet when it was available at 5 stars out of 5.
With COVID we have had to do takeout, which is not as good a value, though the food is excellent. This time we were disappointed that the butter chicken only had a few pieces of chicken for $16. Hope they will ensure they add more meat in the future.

The food was excellent. Service impeccable. Our server described whatever we had questions about. Let us know what level the spices were and so on. BTW - she was happy to do it as well. We never had empty water glasses. I've been meaning to go there for years however never have. The roommate took me there the other night because I do all the cooking at home. :) That said I will definitely go back. The Calamari appetizer was amazing (to me anyway). I will go back for that w/ Naan and the Cardamom ice cream. :)

Its strange that lot of people are talking about bad service. I think the staff is really nice and the service is good and quick. Portions are sized appropriately so that it doesnt go waste and you can order more variety. Taste is quite good but not the best. Thats why 4. However its a must visit once atleast.
