We want children to play with a purpose and to learn with confidence. We're all about exploration, discovery, and imagination, within a safe, secure school that encourages every child on their path to elementary school. Our T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More) guarantees children will graduate TLA with exceptional core academic skills that will start them on the path to a bright future.
At The Learning Adventure, we have designed a curriculum around the critical stages of development and built a foundation for kids to learn, play and grow in our state-of-the-art facilities under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff. Babies grow and learn every day. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing "home away from home" where babies can explore and make new discoveries.
In the near future we will also provide a transportation option for students that attend elementary schools in surrounding areas. Our curriculum team has created a Parent Resource Guide, a home-school connection piece that provides suggested activities as an extension of our curriculum. Plan-Do-Review sequence is the central device of our High/Scope curriculum. It affords your child the opportunities to express intentions about their activities, while keeping teachers intimately involved in the process. In order to develop children's critical thinking, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities, we foster strong teacher-child interactions and a robust Plan-Do-Review process.
The Learning Adventure is devoted to cultivating creative, compassionate, and innovative thinkers. Our enrichment kit programs serve as fundamental components to help achieve that goal. Music, math, science, dance, Yoga, performing arts, and physical fitness are all components of our exceptional Starfall Education enrichment series.
