When I was living in Hillsboro, my daughter had an orthodontist who was incompetent and after swallowing two loose brackets from her braces, I made the decision to start searching for a new doctor – and was very lucky to have found Dr. Lai. I very much appreciate the professionalism and care that Dr. Lai shown for the few years she cared for my daughter’s teeth. My daughter’s orthodontics procedure was a success. I am very grateful and satisfied with the results .
I highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Lai if they need an orthodontist.

Receptionist and dr lai were extremely rude when i came in with an emergency situation. Really terrible experience.

Dr. lai is completely rude and has no patience. She has gotten very frustrated many times and doesn’t know how to contain herself. She is not professional when it comes to her job. Avoid this place at all costs.

I highly reccomend Amy! I had stained my bands with curry and was taking off for a week-long trip to Cancun, and was unable to reach my ortho (or any or tho in Eugene in Portland) to change my them for me. Amy met me and changed my bands at no charge. So thankful! She was polite, professional, and saved me day!
