If I could give this place 10 stars I would!
I had a tire puncture -- a really bad one -- about 5 miles south of town. I put on the donut and drove back to Leadville to hopefully find a place to fix it. This was the first place I came across.
Caesar was who took care of me. He said he would try his best to fix it, but I was thinking it was not fixable and was prepared to buy a new tire. A little more than an hour later the job was done. And Caesar was able to fix it! It blew my mind that it was fixable, but he really is quite the pro! I have since had my snow tires put on by my local shop and

Critical: Quality
Took my car in for a mount and balance. Pretty sure the kid that messed it up was underaged. I took the weights off that he put on and my car stopped shaking at highway speeds. The "ladies" that worked up front were anything but friendly. Yeah so, avoid this place if you can help it.

-When scheduling the oil change I confirmed with them that I would be able to give my credit card info over the phone to release the vehicle: someone else would be picking it up for me.
-Once the service was completed they called me but were unable to figure out how to charge my card over the phone. They were unwilling to release my vehicle, and it took a good deal of time to get this situation resolved.

I was actually charged $10 on my credit card when I had paid 1:50 for vacuum which is what the vacuum machine showed me. The owner was extremely aggressive and abusive towards me when I showed him the $10 charge on my card. He mocked me. He told me to call shell while this has nothing to do with shell. The charge on cc clearly says Pumphouse. It was an extremely distressing experience.
