Will never use them again. I went in last week and they had the tires I needed in their inventory and they reserved them for me. I made an appointment for 7:30am on Monday for installation. Got to the store at 7:30am on Monday and at 9:15am they come and tell me they don't have the tires. I waited an hour and 45 minutes until they told me.

Between Christmas and New Years 2021, we had a flat tire west of Frisco. Once we limped into town on the spare, we found local tire shops were not interested in helping us. We were going to stay overnight, but there were no rooms in town. Then, we found Utopia Tire. When they learned of our plight, they were able to get us in and did the job right. They had us over.a barrel and could have charged about anything they wanted. However, they only charged their very reasonable regular rate. And, friendly to boot. My wife and I had driven from Northern Wisconsin to Breckenridge to ski for a few days. The brakes on my 2019 Ram started making a terrible grinding noise! I called around to a couple places and hit a dead end due to ‘difficulty finding employees’. I called Utopia and they were able to get my truck in right away. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it same day! Everyone there is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely! What a great group of guys!! Utopia Tire saved the day!!! They were able to get us in right before they closed on the Eve of Thanksgiving to repair our tire. They saved us since nothing is open on Thanksgiving Day! We hIghly recommend Utopia. They even took the time to show my kids all the unique stuff they have pulled out of tires! You are awesome!

I want to say a huge thank you to Utopia! My wife was driving alone on brand new winter tires and ran over something that punctured the rubber. After asking a competitor to Utopia to assist (she was told 'no') Utopia asked her to come to the shop and they would fit her in as best they could. As my wife rolled-in, Bruce saw the distress on my wife's face (other things going on, too) and he immediately fit her in and fixed the tire! This was a massive assist from a group of great folks! Best tire service in Summit! Super friendly staff and great crew that does stuff right. I have never had a bad experience with these guys and will continue to use their services in the future.

My Utopia timeline....
11AM-check in with truck as arranged 2 days previous. Given 3-4 hour estimation to swap my summer tires for my snow tires. I wait in showroom.
3PM-See my truck in the work bay
4:20-walk through lot, see that work on my truck is complete, check my phone to see if I had been notified. I had not.
4:25-patiently wait while lone clerk tries to reconcile another customers quote with his charges. 2 new customers waiting in line lose patience and leave.
4:50-once he is done with aforementioned customer, I step in and tell clerk my truck is finished, and that I'd like to pay

The best tire shop in town! Their prices are reasonable and they have great service. Do not wait to get your snow tires until the first snow... These guys book up quick when it comes!

We were passing through on our way to Utah and needed to get our van looked at. They appeared to be very busy but managed to work us in that very morning. Even though we were from out of town they still provided excellent service. They very kindly and clearly explained our options and their recommendations. We were back on the road within a couple of hours. I have to say the name fits!

I woke up to a flat while on vacation. I called Utopia. They came to my condo to put air in the tire at no extra cost! I didn't have to change my tire and use the spare. I then drove to their location where they quickly repaired my tire at a very reasonable cost. The waiting area was very clean. Everyone was super friendly.

Honest and fair. They did take a while to complete an easy service. It was explained to me how they work in these small tasks throughout the day. That said, it was the best service I have received for that task. My vehicle was driving better. Thank you, you have a new full time customer. I'll be back for winter tires.

Just brought in NEW wheels to have tires mounted for my wife's new wheels. I had MY wheels in there 2 weeks ago and had new tires mounted on my Polestar wheels and being very particular about those wheels not being marred, they did a fantastic job mounting tires with not a mark on the wheels. So I trusted them with my wife's brand new wheels, and again they did an outstanding job mounting the tires...not a mark on the wheels! Highly recommend Utopia Tire and Auto Repair!! I wish I could give them 6 stars! After having some engine trouble on my 13 year old car that multiple trips to the dealership could not diagnose, Utopia took an hour to give me some bad news - blown head gasket, transmission issues, among some other required fixes. SO glad I came to them before embarking on a major road trip! They may have saved me from breaking down in the middle of the desert!
Although my car was totaled, they gave me my options (rebuild the engine, which would have been too much for a 166K+ mile car), or donate. They have been kind enough to help offer to facilitate the donation

This is your local spot for quality tire and auto repair. I was on vacation and had an overheating problem with my truck. They were thorough in getting the problem diagnosed and fixed. And, a vacation fail was averted. Employees are friendly and helpful. Waiting room is well-appointed, warm and comfy. I recommend this business!

Joke of a tire shop. Would give zero stars if I could. Was on the way to Breckenridge and found a screw in my tire. I came in to have my tire patched and they couldn't get me in to fix the tire for another 4 days. For those who don't know much about tires, it take about 10 minutes to patch. Drove across the street to big O's, a real tire shop, and was on my way in an hour.

Utopia tire - you have no business operating a tire shop, take lessons from the shop across the street.

This morning I woke up and it snowed 6 inches overnight. There was snow everywhere an the trees were all still green. My tire the day before was struck by a screw in the midst of moving between homes. My boyfriend, tripod dog and I needed the car to drive down to Denver for our last session of chemotherapy. I knew if I woke up early enough I might be able to get a chance at having it patched up before we make the trip from our home in summit. We were pulling our camping trailer thru Frisco when a screw from the road construction project caused a rear dually tire to go flat. Utopia was close by but they could not get to the tire until the next day. So we went to Big O a couple of blocks away and we were on our way in 3 hours.

Went by today to get a set of tires replaced. Could not get in to talk to someone and no anon the phone (called 3 times). I'm guessing they don't need the business. Thank God Big O Tire was across the street.

Dropped off my car for a simple tire replacement at 8 am. I was told it would be ready at 2:30. It ended up taking until almost 5 pm. A whole day for tire replacement is not what I've had to experience elsewhere.

We found a nail in our tire on a Saturday in Breckenridge. The closest auto shops in Breck were not open on weekends. We got the spare tire on and drove to Utopia Tire in Frisco pronto. I called ahead to confirm hours and wait time. I would recommend calling ahead if you're dropping off your car in the afternoon as they will let you know how many cars are ahead of you. I came in one day after getting a flat and spoke with Bruce, one of the service manager's on duty. I had a very interesting situation, where another tire store was not able to get me on the road fast enough, so I asked if he had the time to mount the tires that I would have bought from another store. He frankly said no, he did not have the staff to get it done today, however he proceeded to call multiple stores in the area, and the next town over to see if there was anyone that could help us.
