I needed to stop here on a road trip because my car was giving me problems. Shafi was amazingly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to not only get me back on the road, but also to reassure me that my car would make it to my destination, what I needed to do when I got there, and even how to handle driving in the mountains better. I had a very high opinion of this place until recently, when they told me my car had "frame damage and is not repairable" but I managed to fix the problem myself in the lowes parking lot. They're still very nice people, but maybe some of the mechanics are in the wrong line of work.

1st . thank you guys very much. 2nd this is a business worthy of there reviews. We where going to the western slope our SUV broke down in the afternoon in Breckenridge the crew a JH stayed open until we arrived well after closing time. We had to continue our trip and asked them if they could have it ready by Monday morning so that we could pick it up on our way home. Instead of making us wait they came in on Sunday there day off and knocked it out. What a wonderful bunch of people. Thank you again guys you have a customer for life any time I am in the hills with a broke down car.

Up for the weekend to go to Breckenridge and the brakes went bad. No one else in town were taking new customers. Called Friday around 4 and got an appointment for Saturday at 1 pm and gave me a quote. They took in the truck, had the parts ordered and ready and was done in about 1 1/2 hours. Shafi was awesome and got us taken care of so we could enjoy the rest of our birthday weekend. Not how we wanted to spend it, but they were very quick and professional. Only place I recommend of anything happens while your up in the area!! Thank you guys so much!! Very impressed with your dedication and service

Evaluation was done and estimate was finished and I was knowledgeable of the future possibilities for the future . You have to stay aware you car is in. Their lot and taking up money every day. I had to be aware of all the steps. Not only with the company but with myself. They stay open until 5;30 and never hassled me when getting things in order.

They are extremely informed, patient, friendly and professional. Everyone I have met at J&H leaves me with a great feeling that they are looking out for me. With our camper loaded to the gills we noticed the dreaded “check engine” light while we were climbing up the pass. We pulled into JH Mountian Auto & within a short amount of time the issue was diagnosed! Even thought the repair took a while they kept us abreast of the progress of the technician!
