Our Diesel engine was in low power mode due to DEF filter problems everyone her was so knowledgeable and helpful and honest! We are filled with gratitude that they helped us get back in the road and get home. Would highly recommend! They also were very fair on their pricing.

Wow! Matt is the man!! We ended up getting a flat tire coming into town on our class C RV. We probably called over 15 companies in town/surrounding area and Western Summit was the ONLY company to even offer us their services. He was on a call so we had to wait a while but he was generous enough to stay after hours to help us out and get us back on… the road. We are so appreciative of his quick help, his kind and honest nature, and for even giving our children a lesson on tire repair. I never write reviews but this one was a must! Don’t go anywhere else!!

We are Iowa visitors on our way to see family and ended up getting a flat right outside Silverthorne. This place deals with big rigs & not passenger cars, but they offered to help. We had to go every which way to get a tire, but they helped us put it on when they realized the patch wouldn’t hold.
We were strangers in a completely new town and they were so nice and just a good neighbor. We are very thankful for them! If you’ve got a big truck or rig, then I bet they’ll be just as good as they were to us passenger vehicle folks!

We discovered a broken leaf spring bracket on our travel trailer as we drove through Silverthorne. Aaron was quick to come to our location and then had us follow him back to the shop where they fit us in immediately. Tina was able to see the issue and did an amazing job welding the bracket back in place. She also double checked all the other suspension welds. Because of the quick and professional service, our camping trip was saved.

Critical: Professionalism
Reckless driver. Speed limit in construction zone was 55mph and he was doing about 90mph. The road was windy and in poor condition. Might be one thing for a sports car, but a commercial vehicle should not be exceeding the speed limit by that margin. Not safe by any measure.

On Monday, 11 December 2017, I was having some terrible “handling” issues with my car as I was headed to Steamboat Springs from Denver, and traveling through Silverthorne, CO. I pulled over and consulted my… GPS. It sent me to this place (Western Summit Mobile Service) as I figured I was having tire(s) issues.
Without an appointment, in the middle of the day, after listening to my story, with me, being an out of town stranger to them, they (Zach) said, “Let me take a look at it”. He took my keys, walked out the front door and took it for a test drive. Back 5 minutes
