During your first visit Dr. Randhawa will begin by listening to your concerns so that he understands your priorities. You will be given a comprehensive new patient exam that will include the use of an intra-oral camera to help you better understand the status of your oral health. A patient profile is developed specifically for you that includes four dimensions-periodontal, biomechanical, functional, and dentofacial.
Dr. Gurjit S. Randhawa is proud to offer a unique skill set rarely known in dentistry. He is a duly qualified orthodontic specialist, a well-respected platinum-level Invisalign provider, an accomplished cosmetic restorative dentist, and implantologist. Dr. Boutros completed his dental training at the University of California, San Francisco in 2006, graduating with high honors.

I am so happy I found this dentist's office.
Super professional, Kind, courteous, fast service, and above all, They except medical.
I was very pleased with the crown I got, with the plane in general as to what to do when and the price was reasonable.
I have checked two other dentist offices that were all about max work and max charge, which made no sense.
With the dentist I saw here, she was honest clear and let me know all my options.

I was referred to this dentist when moving to the bay specifically by my insurance and the reviews they had of them. I was tired of offices that were not nice and tried to get me in and out like a robot and it was time for a change. Terrible service. First I had an appointment back in the beginning of September and they called me a day before the appointment saying the dentist would be out of town so they rescheduled a whole month away which I was okay with the FIRST time. Then they call me to confirm the Friday before the appointment which is on Monday and they don’t say a time or which office they even are(I’ve been searching for a new dentist so I’ve contacted many) and so I try calling back and no answer so I leave a message. Every single person in the office that I have interacted with has been kind, helpful, and informative. I have a hard time going to the dentist in general and after having covid and not being able to care for myself properly, I had a lot of work that needed to be done. Dr randhawa is the worst doctor ever! Plz stay away from this guy. Extremely selfish and arrogant and only cares about making money. Has no compassion or empathy to his clients well being. I was a patient of Dr. Randhawa for approximately two years in 2016-2018. During that time, I had a filling in my front tooth and was an Invisalign patient. The filling was done twice because it was clearly the wrong color, and the second time I was told it couldn’t be done again or I would lose the tooth. I later saw another dentist who told me that was not the case and was able to fix the filling beautifully with the correct color. As an Invisalign patient, I recently broke my retainer and called asking for help ordering a replacement. I was told that, even though I no longer live in the Bay

I travel from Newark and love this office. All staff are professional and friendly!! Front Desk employees are always so helpful with my complicated schedule and LOVE the dental assistant Andrea. She's always on top of everything making my experience go smoothly. I also started my Invisalign treatment last December with Dr. Randhawa and he's been very Compassionate and honest with my treatment plan which leaves me with great relief knowing my oral health is in good hands.

Super shady dental practice. First, they change my appointment time EVERY SINGLE TIME. When I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment today, the RBF receptionist told me she'd have to see if they could still see me. She said my appointment was 15 before then. Nope.
Second, they charged my credit card, then billed my insurance. Fine, but they never reimbursed me for any over charges, which there were. Shady.

I went here about a year ago. I was waiting to write this review because I wasn't sure if they were legitimate or not, though I got the vibe that they weren't. The hygienist was really thorough with the cleaning, which I appreciated.

Ever since I switched to Randawha Dental I have had far healthier teeth and gums. My experience here has been phenomenal. The staff are AMAZING! Mariam is extremely helpful with scheduling (and rescheduling) appointments. She's always easy to talk to and easy to reach. Milana, who is one of the dental hygienists) is sweet, kind and bubbly, which makes the experience fun and feel very safe. Mimi is also a dental hygienist who is very kind, and safe feeling. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Invisalign at Randhawa Dentistry and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! Dr. Gurjit Randhawa is an excellent orthodontist, he is also an ELITE provider of invisalign. I started the treatment a little over a year ago, shortly after I came across the Groupon deal and decided to book a free consultation with Dr. Randhawa. My experience was fantastic. My daughter initially went in for a cleaning and was told that she had 2 fillings that had cracked and needed 2 additional fillings. All was great and she made an appointment for a few weeks after her vacation.

Dr. Randhawa and his team are amazing. I went in for an Invisalign consult and after a few xrays, realized that I had 2-3 deep cavities. The female dentist who works there took her time to go over the x-rays with me and explain the procedure to me as well. One of the cavities was really deep and she did an amazing job with it. I barely felt the numbing injection and she managed to fill the deep cavity without having to do a crown.
I have now started my Invisalign treatment. My teeth have never never looked or felt better in my life. Dr. Randhawa and his team are simply the best!

Do not go there or you will regret. Those good reviews were all from 2,3 years ago for other dentists. I went there because my husband highly recommended Dr. Hinkle. Unfortunately Dr. Hinkle has retired. The fillings of my cavity fell off and I thought any dentist can easily fix it. So I went there. This guy, I guess he is Dr. Gurjit came to check and then have his assistant did my teeth. No body ever told me that they are putting a crown instead of fixing the filings. A Groupon deal brought me to this dental office; I had Invisalign treatment and two cleanings done here in the past year. Dr. Randhawa and the dental assistants were always cordial and on time, I am very pleased with the treatments.
The only downside is that there is limited schedule availability. Dr. Randhawa has other offices in the Bay Area.

I had a great experience going through the invisalign process with Randhawa Dental. Dr. Randhawa and his staff are extremely professional, friendly, and reassuring. They will answer any questions you have and work around your schedule to accommodate you.
And the results are fantastic! After a year and a half my teeth finally look perfect, going through the process was well worth it. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for invisalign or just a general cleaning.

Oh, it has been quite the journey, this invisalign one. Yes, I cried the night Dr. Randhawa put the attachments on my teeth, because I dreaded the thought of having these odd monstrosities hanging on me for a year. Now, though, that year has come to a close and my teeth look fantastic. Yes my friends, it works. Dr. Randhawa and his team have been friendly and thorough throughout the whole process. The tray fittings, the filings--- everything is made to be precise because Dr. R and his team are on top of dat. Put those anxieties aside and just go for it, friends. It's worth it.

I was a little wary of buying a Groupon for Invisalign treatment, and with the doctor that has all the freeway billboards to boot, but hey, saving money is saving money.
Dr. Randhawa always waves hello to me like we're old friends and he's glad to see me (a nice customer service touch - some doctors hardly look at you if they can help it), and the office staff and assistants are always very nice.
So far I'm really happy with my treatment.

I just got bamboozled by this office! I went in on a Groupon deal for x-rays/cleaning/exam and was told by the dentist who examined me that I had a very large cavity under an existing filling that needed a crown ASAP. She was shocked that it was giving me no pain and was adamant that it needed to be taken care of sooner rather than later. She mentioned that it also may need a root canal once they got in there to see what they were dealing with. Once done, a price of $1280 was quoted to me. She also told me I had another cavity on a different tooth.

Best dental experience to date! I got the invisalign groupon deal from a year ago. It has been smooth sailing. They get you in and out. No long waits.
I was told my teeth were so crowded that I would need braces, 4 teeth extracted, and headgear. But when you come to an orthodontist who is in the top 1% of invisalign providers in the country, miracles will happen without shame or fuss. Thank you Dr. Randhawa!!!
