I offer certified home inspection in the Metro Detroit area seven days a week. A certified home inspection helps home buyers avoid paying large amounts of money down the road, which is why having a home inspection done by a knowledgeable, thorough inspector is important. We hired Greg for a home inspection and he was very thorough. He allowed us to walk with him through the entire process and was very open and honest when he answered any questions. He was very friendly and responded promptly if he missed our phone calls. The report was ready and emailed to us within an hour of completion. we highly recommend him!

Greg did an inspection on a house that we are looking to purchase. As a young, female, first time homebuyer, Greg explained every detail of the house inspection to me. Greg did an incredible job. As a first time home buyer, this entire process has been very overwhelming. Nothing has hit harder than the inspection. Greg walked me through the entire process. Showing me this and explaining that. He made me part of the process and even though I might not have understood everything, Greg took the time to explain everything, in as much detail as I needed. Greg did a great job with our home inspection and made sure to point out any flaws/problems we may have with the house in the near future. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I am a first time home buyer, so everything is new to me. I have a lot of different emotions going on. Happy, nervous, excited, and I don’t know what to expect.
