I went with the inspectors to the property and it was my first time even seeing the inside of the property due to the tenants not willing to compromise on a schedule to see it. When I arrived and looked inside, I immediately determined without a doubt that it wasn't a place I wanted to call home. I told the inspectors to meet me outside and to discontinue after 10 minutes of being there. I was charged $300 for nothing.

Bob was my inspector and he did an excellent job on my inspection ! Worth every dollar I paid! He was very thorough! Punctual! Respectful! And always prompted me to ask.whatever questions I have. I will be purchasing a few more properties and I will always request this business for inspections! Their office had excellent customer service as well! Quick follow up and easy scheduling !
