Booked a 6 day 5K stay with this company through Airbnb and within 2 hours of booking it we needed to cancel it. But we found out they have a strict 60 day non refundable cancellation fee. I called them and they said sorry we will not cancel it and refund anything and that we needed to call Airbnb. Ski Colorado even denied our request to push the date to May. I had to call Airbnb to try and cancel it. Much to Airbnb's surprise they did let me cancel it but still charged me $250.00 for canceling it within 2 hours. Horrible service and I will never book here again. I am a super host with Airbnb myself

We had a wonderful visit to the Breckenridge area this summer and stayed in a property managed by Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals. Everyone at their company was really friendly and helpful. The pickup and return of the keys and other information was easy. The house was really clean and well maintained. We recommend Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals.

We are staying in Mountain Thunder Lodge with my family. There is a huge group of college students here and my kids were woken up at night a few times. We asked to check out a day early because of the noise. The manager said it was beyond their control and I should have bought travel insurance. I said I would leave a bad review so people would know what happened and he said you are going to leave a bad review anyway because I had nothing positive since we had been on the phone. Yes exactly staying here has been negative which is why my family with three small children want to check out early. So

Stayed at the SkiWatch condos the weekend of March 18 as a reunion with college roommates. While the building and some aspects of the condo were a bit worn out and dated (popcorn ceilings and 70s wood paneling) the condo location could not have been better! Ate breakfast each morning in the nicely updated kitchen looking out at the base as the lifts started to open. Was terrific to clip in and ski down to the lift from our patio. Of course, it didn't hurt to get 40" of snow just prior to our arrival. The Ski Colorado staff were very professional and helpful, without being intrusive. Overall I'd

Everything was perfect. We arrived early and arranged for a key to be left to store our skis and luggage while the room was being cleaned. The staff provided detailed instructions where to pick up our keys, and when we arrived the room was already ready for us even though we were early. Room was clean and was the perfect home-away-from-home for our vacation. Communication was detailed and thorough (we never even had to meet a representative!), when we checked out we just dropped the keys back off at the office. Seamless and enjoyable.

We had a great experience renting from Ski Colorado Vacations. First time at Breck - we stayed in a condo at the Village. Everything was extremely smooth and we had an amazing time. There is a lot that can go wrong when you need to arrange transportation to the village, ski rentals, accommodations, lift tickets, etc. But you can get everything through the website which we did and everything worked out great! The condo was just as described. I would highly recommend. We will be back!
