€śExtravagant Elegance at Shock Hill” is a luxury property with awful management and worse amenities.
I’ve never been more disappointed or frustrated in the management of a luxury rental property. For $1,200 a night we got a great accommodation without the needed amenities and pushback from the management company on requests.
The audio in the living room didn’t work properly - notified mgmt on first day. Repeatedly told it would be fixed, 6 days later at check out it was not fixed. Not enough glasses or stemware for a home that fits 8-10 guests, only 4 were provided. Had to request mgmt

We loved the home, it was beautiful and inviting. Private hot tub let's you relax and take it the scenery. Steps to the ski lift, and close to dining and shopping. Looking at the mountain from the oversized windows in the living room will take your breath away. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. We just spent a week in this lovely home with our 3 kids (ages 13, 14 and 16). It included all of the amenities and an awesome hot tub to relax in with amazing views of the mountains and stars. We hope to return again soon.

We came to Breckenridge for a wedding weekend. My daughter Married the love of her life. She’s lived here for 10 years and our family is all over the country. It was so incredibly heartwarming to have uncles and aunts and second cousins and siblings and partners be here for this time. We were able to entertain, create bouquets, and the bridal party even got ready here! The pool table was a hit for our crowd. If you haven’t heard of mud ball, give it a try. No cues, just two balls on the table and a lot of fun. Honestly I couldn’t be happier. Thank you AEproperties and Carter Lodge. Is it

My family and I stayed in this lovely home for four nights and three days. This was a relaxing, beautiful piece of property. The kids loved the hot tub and pool table! The property exceeded all expectations and we will definitely be booking this location again.

We had a blast at Breckenridge and the house was great for our group! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the drive to ski lift was about 12 minutes and super easy to get there. We travel to Breckenridge almost every year and this house was our favorite so far! The indoor hot tub was my favorite because 2 large doors could be opened up to make you feel like you are outside, so once we got acclimated, we would open the doors! The kitchen was stocked so cooking was easy! Everything was clean and in good working condition! We would definitely rent this house again!

We loved the house! It was so spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking equipment and a lot of the necessities of basic cooking (flour, sugar, spices, etc) which hasn’t been my experience most places. It was within walking distance of the downtown area, close to a shuttle stop for skiing and shopping, and only a few yards from the sledding and tubing park which was good because we had 3 littles and the house doesn’t have much for them. Our adult children really enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub!

We stayed here with another family in January and have nothing negative to say about our stay. The house was so nice and spacious. It was clean and everything was great quality. The management company was very responsive to any questions we had. The walk to the gondola was amazing. It was about a 2-minute walk with kids carrying skis; so easy and quick! We loved having the hot tub right outside, and having 4 king beds. Multiple places to watch tv or play games was a great bonus with all the kids. We also loved that we could put two cars in the garage (we fit a large SUV and a mid-size SUV), and
