Jonathan and Mallory leased our Breckenridge home quickly and with little effort from us. Each month we receive our units rent and we never have to receive calls or questions from tenants. This fall we needed to update both bathrooms and kitchen -- being out of state it seemed like it would be difficult.
Summit County & Breckenridge will pay you $5,500 - $24,000 to convert your short-term rental to a 5+ month rental this season! The Summit County and Breckenridge Incentive program is only available for a short time! In order to meet the demands of the workforce, they are willing to pay those that qualify to temporarily convert their vacation rental property to a 5+ month seasonal or long-term lease!

Fully computerized and detailed monthly statements accounting for all income and disbursements. All collected rent and deposits are maintained in a client's escrow account, subject to periodic auditing.
