Thieving company. Unprofessional people "taking care" of your community. It's all a scam these people are just looking to take your money, and never help. Stay away. Don't trust this company with contractors without background checks. Take your money and buisness somewhere else.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the most disgustingly run neglectful business I have ever encountered. They kick us out of our apartment for "emergency" repairs and haven't completed them after more than 2 months. They need to be held accountable for their actions. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau if this isn't corrected. Fix the Sun Dance apartments or you will see us in court.

The repair and maintenance department did not even try to help diagnose or estimate a problem. This is an excerpt from their website:

Highly inaccurate description of the experience I had with them.

While temporarily staying at one of these properties, I had one of the worst experiences with a property manager named "Eric". I was amazed at some of the things he said such as: since I was not a permanent resident I was essentially wasting his money by calling them. The conversation ended with him hanging up on me and not resolving the issue. It's almost amazing that this person is in the position that he is in. I would recommend someone planning to deal with such a company should set a bar of low to none expectations, so that they may leave their emotional health in tact.

Horrible company, terrible staff! I can see now why the reviews are so bad!! I was given the wrong information that they were my buildings HOA management company and was to drop a new door key offto them. I did this.. and the man at their front desk happy took my key without even asking my name or confirming my condo complex. No record was kept and the key was placed in an envelope and tossed into a pile on the front desk. I thought the whole situation seemed strange. When I found out later - this company was NOT the HOA for my building and in fact had nothing to do with my specific building, I

I have a laundry list why this company shouldn't be in business.
It takes them a long time to get around to maintenance issues in the unit, including a week to tend to my unit not having hot water- poor communication in the office all together
they are charging outrageous amounts for rent - my rent would have gone up 300 dollars if I would have stayed
also they would never fix the auto pays when me and my bf split up so I had to keep paying him back half of his rent
they also tried to get me kicked out during a domestic violence case and couldn't care less about my sensitive situation
