Gino's Jewelers was started in 1950 by Gino Zavarella and Charles Siracusa. In 1997 long time employees Michael Auletta and Gary Koster purchased the store from Gino and Charles. Gino's Jewelers has grown to be the most trusted fine jewelry source in Cleveland. Following two showroom and service expansions in both 1969 and 1978, Gino's settled into our current home between Miles & Emery Road at 4701 Richmond Road in 2001.

I approached Gary Koster in early December about doing Signet Rings for my family. He was knowledgeable and very helpful from concept/design to completion! In addition, he was able to complete the whole project in less than 3 weeks, having them ready for Christmas. Great product, Great People! Highly recommend Gino’s, will definitely be returning in the future.

Gino jewelers is by far the only place to buy and have personalized jewelry made. They made me a pair of diamond earrings, a solitary pendant., beautiful diamond bracelet and a necklace for my daughter out of a diamond ring I inherited! I love all the pieces and where them everyday. I even take my jewelry in to be cleaned and it always looks fantastic. Besides all that they are so honest and nice. Gino's is, without question, the premier jewelry store in northeast Ohio. The owners, Michael and Gary, are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and are truly focused on customer satisfaction. I have used them on repeated occasions for a variety of purchases, large and small, and I am continuously impressed with their professionalism and caring attitude toward the customer. When I entered the store I was not helped or approached for 15 minutes since there was only 1 worker on duty Saturday afternoon.
The staff was rude and down right arrogant patronizing the customer.
I was told the design we wanted wasn't popular so they don't carry it because they needed to make money. We were mocked for using internet websites to research design and price.
The cherry on top of there terrible store was they had NO financing for an engagement ring and made it seem like we were unwelcome when we are both well paid professionals.
I will not buy anything in this store

Let me start by saying if you want Amazon customer service or want to size a mail order watch than this store may not be for you. If you want the expertise and knowledge of a quality jeweler than you should continue to read! Gino's is not a big box store with employees who barely know their trade. They are a small boutique jeweler that keeps loyal customers like me returning again and again. The customer service and personal attention is unbelievable and their expertise in their trade is why they have so many loyal customers. If your looking for a jeweler for life.....go to Gino's!

I went in the other day asking to remove links for sizing a very basic watch. After taking phone calls in the store that came in after I arrived and making me wait 20 minutes they claimed they didn't have the "right tools" to size my bracelet watch???
Next I went to downtown Cleveland to a real simple jewelry store in the Colonial Arcade. The employee was courteous engaging and removed links for 10 bucks in a few minutes, no problem.

Just called to find out a price of a very small sterling silver charm since it wasn't listed on their site. The price was fine at $28.50 but when asked about shipping, was told $15.00-20.00! When I expressed my dismay I was told her shipper wasn't there, but with insurance, etc. that would be about the cost. I mentioned Amazon and was curtly told they were not Amazon. NO KIDDING!
Went to Amazon and just ordered it there. Same price and NO shipping cost!!!
