I saw a google review that said Keller’s is the only place in Cleveland to get a ring resized the same day. That review was the truth! I needed my ring and my husband’s ring sized right away and the rings were done in 4 hours!! Great experience, great customer service, reputable jeweler…highly recommend!!!

First off, parking is a bit tricky since construction is happening on Lorain Ave. at the moment. You should find somewhere to park without too much hassle though.
Tommy, the owner, is a cool and very friendly guy. I've gotten two grills made by him and love both of them. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for getting a grill done.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. In short, stay far, far away from this place. In fact, I'm so pissed that I created this Yelp account.
I came in to have a bracelet repaired, which the owner's defense, he did as I asked. But in doing the changes, he damaged another part of the bracelet. When I confronted him about it, he denied any wrongdoing and proceeded to try and fix the bracelet in front of me with crude tools. His "fixing" hardly corrected the problem and led to scratches and dings on my bracelet. I ended up going to a different jeweler to repair my

I wish I had heard about Keller's before my engagement ring and wedding band were purchased. My partner and I found a wonderful diamond, and went shopping to have it set. Unfortunately, we purchased the setting and our wedding bands from a chain store. Let me tell you, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Now, the other store isn't terrible, but Tommy from Keller's should send them a thank you card because the other store's customer service drove me away from them for life - and into Keller's. Anyway, my rings both had a warranty on them - sizing, fixing, etc
