I've never had a bad experience with the staff or service at the Williamson animal hospital. They provide services for all kinds of animals and even some exotic ones like ferrets and certain species of birds. They charge a small fee each visit but they remain one of the cheapest places around for proper vet care and pet maintenance and emergency veterinarian services.

Very polite staff and the doctor is very nice and answers any questions I have regarding my cat. This is the second cat I’ve brought to them. They were very good with our first cat right up until the end of her life when we had to put her down. They even sent us a sympathy card for that cat. Very touching and thoughtful. I know our experience bringing our new kitten here will be just as good. Our new kitty loves the attention and the treats when he comes in for his routine visits.

They book way too many appointments the wait time is like three months. They don't care about emergencies if your pet is injured they'll tell you to take it to the animal hospital like it's no big deal. The emergency vet is ten times more expensive and about an hour drive from Williamson. They are not willing to budge. My cat was having an asthma attack this morning and she's a kitten and they gave no craps at all. Completely heartless

A year ago we said goodbye to our beloved yellow lab just shy of 14 years old. We loved him like a son. We had always told ourselves that when the time would come we would want to say goodbye in our home, the home he grew up in. We felt like it would be less stressful for him and more peaceful for us. We asked our vet who had been seeing him all his life Dr Leigh Semilof from Williamson Animal Hospital to come over. We thought she was going to make this terrible sad day a little bit easier. Well we were wrong. She showed up earlier and said she had another appointment to go to after. Her comments

Did not appreciate her lecture in regard to missing a past appointment. As a paying customer I will be treated with respect and if such expectations can not be met, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Her care of the animal's however, still appeared to be fairly thorough so I gave her two stars as opposed to one.
