We have been through it with our rescue. They have always listened and provided a solution..No matter what. They truly care about the patients. I just hate the curbside and the waiting. You always wait forever but that's probably because they have so many clients! Also it would be great if they could send rx to Chewy or an online service they do not do that. Insurance claims take forever also. But not totally on County line vet . Highly recommend. We love them! Only been to the Horsham one.

Worst Vet experience ever! The Doctor belittles you and makes you feel like you don’t know anything. It’s honestly pathetic please have some trust in your clients before you talk down to them. Way over priced. $80 for a new time client. Front desk receptionist suzanne (i think) was okay to talk to not the most welcoming and techs at curbside didn’t explain anything that was going to happen even when I asked. I declined everything because I did not feel safe with Dr.Heitzman handling my dog. Awful bedside manner you should be ashamed.

I was talked down to by a staff member while outside freezing with my dog. Their computer made a mistake and I was made to feel like it was my fault. The receptionist called to apologize. She the only value at that clinic. My poor dog has to suffer.

I don’t even have words to express my gratitude to this vet. My dog was having a medical emergency and had never been there before. I called them hysterical as they were about to close and they let me bring him right over. They literally saved my dogs life. He had bloat and they diagnosed it quickly, found me an emergency surgeon and got us on our way. They have called me every single day to check on my dog and see how I am doing. They are WONDERFUL. Highly recommend.

Dr. Wietzman treats your fur babies like they are her own! She always returns my calls and makes sure I thoroughly understand her explanations. The staff is very kind professional and attentive. We feel very confident in her care. My boy has had blood work and testing done right in her office, which is very clean and pleasant. We are very thankful to have such a great veterinary team!

I cannot say enough how amazing this vet is. All of the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. We especially love Doctor Harvey. She is wonderful and is so great to our dog Luna. We have been coming here ever since we rescued Luna 2 and a half years ago and they have helped treat giardia, a lip infection, and ear infections! A+ for this vet.
