Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
My Ex-Husband started a job here in Nov. 2021, Management has been advised by the court of his child support obligations and has demanded garnishment of his wages. This company has yet to honor the court order for garnishment of his wages, how pathetic, imagine just how they will "manage" your assets???

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with property management in 15 years. RUN! They are TERRIBLE!

This property service company is absolutely awful.(like I have choice but I will say it) it is not dependable, either nobody answers the phone for days or answers but directs me to someone who is not available. and they just gave me an attitude "you are obligation" for everything. what a statement.

BAPS service is not dependable, either nobody answers the phone for days or answers but directs me to someone who is not available. Property complaints are rarely solved i have 2 pending for over 3 years. Their services are mediocre in a good day. BAPs contacted me about the review for complaints in question 2 months ago, the complaints are still outstanding plus no street lighting in our cul-de-sac for almost two months now. My eyes have adopted to seeing in the dark by now.

Absolutely awful. From the rude receptionist who puts me straight to voicemail to the agent who is unresponsive. Doesn't return calls. I have been waiting for a simple thing like a key to the pool for weeks.

This management company is the worst! I’m in the process of selling my condo and left multiple messages with them asking for the HOA docs and other required disclosures in the months leading up to the sale. I never heard anything back from them. The condo is now in escrow and this company is not even cooperating with the title insurance company, sending them only a fraction of the documents requested and delaying the close date. Aside from years of terrible management of the property itself, I have been nothing but frustrated with this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Extremely unprofessional, all they do is take your money and not fix the things they are responsible for. They just raised my HOA dues over 30 dollars and still have not fixed my roof, which I have been waiting for, for two and a half years. They also will not fix the gate to my fence that is falling off the henges. On top of all that every time I call Sara seems to prefer to argue with me about their duties and responsibilities, rather then doing what needs to be done. Also these half brained companies they hire to supposedly do repairs have no clue as to what they are doing. So when she told

After having a wonderful management company, my HOA board selected BAPS when the previous company retired.
Without a doubt BAPS is the absolute worst management company I have ever encountered. I attempted to reach them multiple times via e-mail and phone. The person assigned to our account never responded to any e-mail messages and/or voice mail. Even though our instructions were to contact them, it was always necessary to involve the HOA board president.
If other HOA organizations are looking for a management company -- stay as far away from BAPS as possible..

While living at Bay View Villas for close to 20 years, we have had a few management companies oversee Bay View Villas (BVV). When I was on the Board of Directors, we hired Bay Area Area Property Services (BAPS) years ago and due to thier non-responsiveness and actions, they were fired. The property management company owner made sure that BVV paid several thousands of dollars to hand off the books to the new company.
Now to the present, the current Board of Directors hired BAPS back (the owner of company did a snow job on selling his company). When I have had questions about something, I have sent

I have literally been put on hold and hung up on by this rude little receptionist girl (sounds young) 3 times in a row because she’s too lazy to transfer me again to the accounting dept. How is this a reputable management company? Will speak to board on how to remove this company. Accounting makes plenty of mistakes charging my account interest and fees when they were actually trying to charge another account. But to correct that, it’s not close to possible takes a whole day just to get through from this rude receptionist.
