Carrie is an amazing property manager! I highly recommend her. She is very professional, incredibly thoughtful and has a good sense of urgency managing projects. She has great relationships with contractors and service professionals if your house requires any work or quick fixes. She was very good with our tenants as well. Carrie was very helpful during my apartment search in the Bay Area. She showed me a unit in Oakland. During our tour I could tell that she had a great passion for her work and that she wanted to make sure the unit was a good fit for me. At one point I was having trouble getting past a certain part of the application process and she immediately helped me work through it.
