I was new to the neighborhood and due to a torn miniscus, I searched for a physical therapist and found PSPPT. The staff is polite, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful and follow proper COVID practices. As my first time going for physical therapy, I was concerned about how I would feel and what the experience would be like. Courtney was kind, patient, informative and a great motivator. She took the time to explain all the exercises and how they would help me gain my range of motion again. Thanks to her I was able to get my range of motion and agility back in my knee. Both she and Bill are a great

I cannot express how professional, and caring Bill and his staff is. He has treated most of my family members. Bill takes his time and explains everything in detail. He has always fixed all my problems. His office is always neat and clean. I would recommend his practice over many of the ones I have been to in the past. I am so glad I found his office!

Bill and team are great!! Very competent and friendly too. I don't understand another comment that it can cost you big bucks. I had used STARS before switching to Bill on a recommendation of his skill. Not only was I very happy with the PT progress I made under his care, but I was very pleasantly surprised that his fees were so much lower too.

Place is nice and PT is fine, but make sure you know what it will cost you per session because they demand payment weekly. If you have not satisfied your copay, it will cost you big bucks. I did satisfy my copay and they mischarged me. Now it is weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund which was over 200. Very frustrating
