I moved to 900 Acqua apartments in 2012(the same year that it opened). My husband was very ill at that time and I wanted to be close to him at Beth Shalom).
The office staff (Holly and Tracy) were very supportive and helpful to me. All of my concerns were promptly addressed. I can never thank them enough, thanks again Holley and Tracy.
The activities here are fantastic. We participate in line dancing; playing our favorite card games (Bid Whisk is my favorite), have wine and cheese socials, birthday parties, “dress-up parties, pool parties bus tours, etc.
And I am very excited to mention that

Don’t be fooled by the shiny new building. The building is not well constructed and there is absolutely no soundproofing between apartments. If you like living in close quarters and need to know what time your upstairs neighbor gets up in the morning, if they flush the toilet and if they wash their hands afterwards, then this is the place for you. Do you like being able to hear every foot stomp your very loud and rude neighbors make as you are able to track them around their apartment each day? Their parking is ridiculous and makes it so folks in their seventies have to walk a long distance just to get home from their parking space.
Plus, they only respond to good reviews up here, no matter how short or unhelpful they are.
Maybe if you guys showed care to folks that are dissatisfied half as much as you do those that praise you, you'd do better!

The apartments are beautiful but don't be fooled into moving your loved ones here.
Parking is a joke. Management recently implemented a one parking spot allotment per apartment but only if the resident has a registered vehicle. This is clearly discrimination against seniors with disabilities. My family member was legally blind, so no parking spot for us to use, even though the same rent is paid as people given parking spots. There are only 5 guests parking spots for the entire complex, 5! (Three for the front building and two for the back)Good luck getting one of those because residents

I find it UNBELIEVABLE that the property manager offered free to the residents to write excellent reviews on all review sites for this property. 900 Aqua is a sham and they do not treat their senior residents well. They boast security cameras BUT the "cameras" never records anything (dummy cameras).The property of the residents ( cars) have been burglarized and vandalized. Not enough parking spaces so the seniors are forced to park 1/4 mile away and walk (day and night) to their homes. PLEASE drive there and speak to the residents in the parking lot. I am very surprised the news has not

Lovely, quiet apartment with nice facilities. I like the workout room and sitting by the pool. The clubhouse is beautiful and we rent it a couple of times a year to have my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren gathered for family celebrations. The clubhouse's full kitchen, TVs and pool table provide something to keep everyone occupied.
Building is fairly new, but maintenance requests are handled promptly. The office staff is polite and professional.
Social events with other residents in include pot luck dinners, game nights and trips.
Convenient to area shopping with some close enough

What beautiful landscaping, lots of curb appeal. But don't be fooled. This luxury apartment community for Seniors ( 62+), treats our hard working Seniors without respect or compassion. Imagine this... your mother ( or grandmother ) finds what she believes is the perfect apartment community, she moves in only to be told some of the amenities are being taken away. That washer and dryer comes out unless you now pay extra for it, the parking spaces, well you have fewer because Corporate in their wisdom decided to build a carport and you NOW have to pay for the space and if you want the free parking
