A unique vacation getaway and perfect during the COVID-19 crisis. The island is only accessible by ferry or boat and no vehicles are allowed on the island. You can buy or rent a beach house and bring your own food across on the ferry or have it delivered. I came with my family for a week and felt extremely safe. The workers at the club, pool, and guest services were all helpful and friendly.
You can have a wonderful family vacation while maintaining distance from strangers and avoiding crowds, because there aren't any here. The water is pristine and we saw manatees and dolphins

We can't say enough great things about working with Richie and Betsy to find a home in Celebration. You won't find realtors anywhere with more knowledge of the Celebration community. Beyond that, they were so flexible and willing to drop everything to help us if we had even the very smallest request. Just great people!

Mark and Wendy Muller are our "Go To" experts for all Pfeifer Realty Group clients who are interested in purchasing real estate on North Captiva Island. We have trusted the Mullers to help our real estate clients find their dream home for the past 17 years. Because North Captiva Island can only be reached by boat and does not have any cars, we know how important the Muller's expertise is. We look forward to many more years working with such a professional real estate team!

Check out the pool bar...it's a great place to hang out while visiting the island. They have a full bar including one of my favorite local beers from Punta Gorda.
The barkeep Gigi is awesome and pours a wicked cocktail!!
Hungry? They've got you covered with a diverse menu. You can enjoy all sorts of tasty morsels including everything from pork nachos to a yummy hamburger.
So go to the pool bar at North Captiva Island Club and see a part of Florida seldom experienced!

I had been looking for a home on N. Captiva for several years and eventually contacted Mark and Wendy Muller for assistance. My requirements were pretty specific and it took a considerable amount of time for me to find the right house. Mark and Wendy were extremely patient, taking me to dozens of places over the course of two years before we found what I was looking for. I've been involved in many real estate transactions over the years and have to say I've never experienced a more professional and hard-working real estate agency. I would recommend them highly to anyone considering selling or purchasing

For the past three years Mark has been showing our family houses on North Captiva Island. Throughout that time we have been amazed at Mark's knowledge about not only the island and it's beautiful homes but all that goes into owning, maintaining and renting an island home. I don’t think there is much he doesn't know about, where North Captiva is concerned.
We never imagined all there would be to know about buying a rental home and about the homes themselves. We received an invaluable education that helped us make the right choice for our family.
Mark not only gave us eyes to see the homes as

My uncle was planning to airlift his Florida Pine cottage to a lot here twenty years ago because it is so peaceful, the beach so nice and the privacy sooooo perfect for writing or just lounging about. I shouldn't say any more because too many other folks will want to come to this idylic barrier island and spoil the tranquility.North Captiva Island is an island in Lee County in Southwest Florida, located just offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. It lies just north of Captiva Island, separated by a channel called Redfish Pass which was created in a 1921 hurricane. It lies just south of Cayo Costa
