Just 20 minutes from Fort Myers, Matlacha Florida is actually a small island in its own right that connects Pine Island Florida to Cape Coral Florida via bridges and causeways.

A sleazy operation at best. If all you are interested in is finding people to rent your home this is the place to call. He can fill it up. If however you're interested in someone who actually visits your property to make sure it's not damaged or dirty....steer clear of this place. If the renters complain about anything, he wants you to replace it without EVER going to your house to check the issue out himself. He had us replace a perfectly good clothes dryer at our expense because his cleaning people couldn't figure out that the vent was blocked and he never investigated himself. He also wanted
