What a wonderful realty experience we had with Terri James. She was just like a member of our family. She listened to what we were interested in finding in the area then took us to several properties and told us of their qualities. No pressure on any as far as one above the other. She was great in pointing out the differences in each with our questions as we were unfamiliar with the waterways,fishing’s, specifications, etc.

Adam is AMAZING!!!!! He goes out of his way to help you and does it because he loves his job not because he has to. Terri James at Pine Island Realty not only sold us our place in St James City, she also sold it for us 6 years later. In the 6 years we were in St James City, I cannot count the times that I called Terri for random information. She always knew someone that could help us out with our projects, upgrades and fixes.
