DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
I wish I would have read the reviews before I ever signed my lease. This place is something else. I don’t even know where to honestly begin. Management is terrible. They are extremely rude and very disorganized. They entered my apartment on several occasions WITHOUT NOTICE! Just showed up and let them selves in which is awful considering both me and my roommate at the time had dogs. The same thing goes for maintenance. They would come without letting anyone know and honestly half the time never fixed what they were even their for in the first place. Went without a stove

I definitely would not recommend this place at all. The communication at this place is absolutely horrible and the assistant GM does not like to get back with you. If she does it’s through an automated email. Don’t dare try and call her. She avoids answering calls.
When we went up there to move our son in, well they didn’t give us the correct key to get into his place. Once we got that and got Inside the room, well let’s just say it was dirty. Instantly I knew my son didn’t want to stay here. The room had a bad odor. Big stains on the carpet. Kitchen floor looked and felt like it had

I love the Arch so far! Great place with lots more to offer than I would have thought. Clean and comfortable with wifi and amenities . I would have thought the one work out room would be enough but they have two! The pool is so pretty fenced away from the sand volley court. Feels like home with the full furnaces apartment rooms and kitchen.

If I could give the arch 0 stars I would. After calling and complaining about my roommate having her 7 year old child and felon boyfriend sleeping on the couch they did nothing. I had called probably around 10 times along with my mom calling and nothing happened. They would not even let me switch units when I felt in danger in my own space. The units do not look like the ones you tour. Awful place to live.

I personally would like to give the arch a -20 star review. could not assist me with my mental health issues related to roommates because they DO NOT care about their residents. at the end of the day all they do is take COLLEGE kids money!!! i should have listened to all the other terrible reviews but i was a stressed college student- who they prey on! they target young vulnerable college kids. do NOT live here!!!!!!!!!!!!! (unless you want to spend random amounts of money you don’t have))))

I am a co-signor for my daughter who has resided there since Aug 2020. She has a ground floor apartment that floods in every heavy rainfall. This soaks the carpet in the family room as well as her roommates bedroom. Management refuses to deal with it. The smell of mold is so bad we had to move our daughter back home due to severe health hazards. Not only that but her dad is a licensed contractor and upon inspection the water is entering in a way that can cause the foundation to fail if left to continually allow water in. The walls are stained, the trim work is swollen with water, the carpet, as

Great prices, amenities, very helpful for students or adults just starting out. Some roommates are a little rude or out of line over small things (calling the manager because they see a friend during the DAY a bit more often than they would like...) but other than roommates or neighbors being inconsiderate it is a great place to be.
I like having the furniture and appliances without needing to stress about shopping for them (strict budgets means some people may not have time or money for couches or tables or dressers right off the bat).
Over all would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind people

Save yourself this place is trash, the management is trash, and the area is trash. Live anywhere else, it will save you money and give you peace of mind.
Started off excited to live with my buddies for my last year of college but then I moved into the arch Fort Wayne. They offered move-in credit for whoever you referred to live at the arch and my buddy who already lived there referred us so he could get rent credit. After he referred 5 of us he had enough for a month and a half rent credit. They then denied him that until he called a lawyer and made negotiate from a month and a half of rent credit

The Arch is a seriously wonderful place to live. I moved in in January and absolutely LOVE the community feel with the amenities like; free tanning, pool, game room, and library. I also love my apartment's open and spacious feel. It was definitely a major plus that the apartment comes fully furnished. My electric and utility bill is usually slim to none with the $25 allowance in place.
This place certainly feels like home!!! :)

I moved into a room with a carpet where when I walk around on my place and don't leave the house all day my socks will be black. About a week later I started getting bug bites only up to my knee. I called the main lobby about flees and they said they'd have somebody come over about it. It's been a week and nothing. Additionally my friend had serious bug problems, we went into her room and opened a door she hadn't before. There was a rat living in there and the smell was horrible, trash was all over the room there's a video on here showing the room with the trail of rat

First of all the front office is run by student residents who don't care about anything but their phone and don't know what they're doing. Rent checks get lost, mail doesn't get put out until days later and when it finally does, you'd be lucky to have it in the right mailbox. Numerous times I received other peoples mail. The "gated community" we were promised was a complete lie. The gates were broken the entire 2 years I lived there, allowing anyone in to break into cars and apartments on countless occasions. Underage drinking and drug use/selling is out of control
