My boyfriend and I stopped in at the restaurant this morning for breakfast. We both ordered the sausage omelet, his with cheese and mine without. The plates were brought to the table. As the server put my plate down she said this is without cheese and as she put my boyfriend’s plate down she said and this is with cheese. My omelette had a hair in it. I sent the entire plate back and said I only wanted home fries (the hair killed my desire for breakfast) as I needed something to eat. Then my boyfriend noticed, before he took a bite of his omelette (as he was checking it for anything that shouldn’t

The restaurant is the only good thing about this hotel they get 5 stars!!!!
People smoked on the balcony’s despite it being smoke free.
An employee was in the elevator and closed it on me and my infant daughter who had been waiting 15 minutes for it.
Another time when I had a pizza in my hand and was also holding my daughter I dropped my phone and one of the maintenance guys watched me struggle to put everything down and pick everything back up again, didn’t even attempt to help. Just rude unhelpful people.

Our stay was very nice, we stayed in PH3 model pool/Beach side. Room was super clean & very spacious. Unfortunately the beds were rock hard & being a luxury room we expected the beds to be way better but other than that the stay was pleasant. Staff were all great too and restaurant staff super friendly and great food.
Thank you for that information, now that we know you have mattress toppers we will request at our next stay. Thank you for responding.

Looks like a family run business. They take pride in their hotel. Clean, great amenities and convenient. Right at the foot of the boardwalk on the crest side. The pool has great sun exposure all day long. Great location. We had a blast and can't wait to return. We went with our family and friends and I looks like everyone else there did the same. Great family vibe, everyone including the guests were polite. Definitely a great spot

This hotel is a convenient place at the tip of the boardwalk and could use a little help. I don't dislike it fully but I probably will not stay again, but I'm bougie when it comes to my hotel room. House cleaning definitely has to be better. They need to care about this hotel. It has a lot of potential.
Pros:
Nice pool
Great view
Affordable
Friendly staff
Plenty parking
Nice sized room with mini stove full fridge double room.
Cons:
Dated hotel
Room semi dirty
Dirty Linen
Elevators tough to get to your floor with so many people.

I enjoyed my stay here this past weekend for my daughter's cheer competition. We had room 101 which was right next to the exit and easy access for us. The room was very spacious where my husband and I had our own bedroom and our 2 kids had there own separate beds as well. There's also a pull out sofa so 6-8 people fit easily. Cooking supplies were provided with pots, frying pan, toaster and utensils. A 2 burner stove and microwave makes it easier to prepare meals. The pool area was also nice with a separate area for the toddlers or non swimmers. I had a great 2 night stay.

Nobody told us there would be fish in the water and the children were horrified. Why wouldn't the hotel inform the guest about this when booking a stay? The hotel was clean with the exception of a lot of sand inside, but I'm baffled about the lack of communication here. If we knew about this situation beforehand we wouldn't have came here.

This is my family's second time at the adventurer. We did have a great time but there were pros and cons regarding this hotel. I will start this review with the pros. 1. Location! You are steps away from the boardwalk and the beach. If traveling to wild wood with kids, it is very convenient to be able to walk the kids right onto the boardwalk without having to load up the car. 2. Room Space! They have rooms available for as many as two people all the way up to suites for bigger parties. 3. Restaurant! The hotel does have a sit down or take out restaurant. During Covid the indoor was closed

Just stayed 5 nights. Clean updated room/efficiency. Great sun deck and pool - kept very clean. Restaurant on site great for breakfast - good food, great service. Right across the street from easy beach access. Located at south end of boardwalk, walking distance to many restaurants, attractions, bike rental. Would absolutely recommend and will probably be back next year!

I made a reservation in june for September. They send me an email stating that I can cancel up until August 17th with no charge and after August 17th there is a charge. Now when I call them they say you will lose 25%. It's sad that in this time that we are in that a place like this would take your money like that. When I asked them about the email they said well if you don't have it I understand. But unfortunately I transferred it to one of my folders and I can't find it. And no I'm not trying to pull a fast one. And I'm not even trying to cancel. Then I make a reservation

Pros: Location, staff, room was clean. Restaurant on site is quick & food decent. Pool is nice as well as upper decks.
Cons: needs updating, ac struggled to work, balcony is small, view was good as long as you ignored the garbage on the street across the way, which is not hotel's fault, parking is ridiculous spots too small, needs to be reconfigured. Elevator way too slow easier to use stairs.
I'd go again if updates are made

We decided to try a new Wildwood Crest Hotel this year. Stayed here for a week in July.
Right off the boardwalk and across from the ocean. We picked the Ocean view/pool side as it has an unobstructed view of the ocean. It's on the side of the building so not a direct view but that's ok. There is a small patio which fits two chairs and a small table.
One parking space per family unless you reserve a larger room.
We decided on the D room floor plan as it has a separate sleeping room (well it's separated by a accordion door).
Our room was on the smaller size as

We stayed 3 ngts at Adventurer Oceanfront Inn. We had a family room that had a king and a double along w a pullout couch if we needed it. It fit 3adults and two kids just fine! The room was very clean. I will say however the bedspreads make it look very dated. They need to be removed and just duvets or bed bottoms put on. The kitchen and bathroom was dated, but it was CLEAN. Also the carpet looked newer, like it had just been replaced. The tv is in a weird spot on the same side of the wall, so if u are sitting on the couch, you wld have to look on the wall behind you. Weird. Don't know why

Really 3.5. Amazing location. We had an oceanfront suite room with fabulous ocean views, from sunrise through moon rise. You cannot beat the off-season price for this room. Could sleep 6 if necessary.
Check in was smooth with a delicious bowl of salt water taffy right there to welcome you down the shore.
Hallways very well done with ceramic tile and Wildwood themed photos. Right next to entranceway to boardwalk.
Decent little pool and sunny exposure into late afternoon. Sundeck above too.
Some parts of room updated. Older coach and chair need to be replaced when they can. Bedspreads old. Kitchenette

Stay: midweek, early May.
I consider myself exceptionally lucky to have seen their FB $50/night special. I stayed three nights. I had an incredible first night's sleep and awoke and went to breakfast in their wonderful restaurant. My server was Christine from Romania and not only was she very nice but she's a very good server. Everyone at the front desk has been wonderful. Shout out to Mary D. Who went above and beyond acquainting me with what this part of Wildwood Crest has to offer.
Two friends of mine stayed there the second week of June and had an equally pleasant stay.
