I am a sixth generation Texian, born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My Grandfather, W.H.Moore and my Father, Eugene D. Moore, Sr., were both home builders in San Antonio. I was raised in a construction family. My first job was mowing grass and pulling weeds in finished homes they had for sale. Mr. Moore was a pleasure to work with. I had the opportunity to meet him on site for a new home that my wife and I are purchasing. This is our first home purchase so it’s all new to me. Him and his partner were very detailed, thorough and friendly and pointed out many things that I didn’t notice that I thought I would have noticed as I am fairly handy and particular myself. I would definitely use them again in the future I especially love the Recalltrak that they set up for you automatically for all of your recalls on your appliances. Bill inspected the home my wife and I purchased but found no "major" issues. We used him after being recommended by our real estate agent. Shortly after moving in, we had electrical, plumbing, and hot water heater issues. After speaking to contractors who inevitably had to come out and fix all these issues, they all said a good home inspector should have found them all. He was a nice, and seemed to do a good job. But I would choose someone more thorough if it came to purchasing your home. It was a costly mistake.
