Extremely disappointed with my visit to this Hotel. From the moment we approached the front desk and were secretary charged 25.00 by a completely disengaged staff member. Hotel didn't disclose that restaurants and bars were all closed. Water was running brown from all faucets. There was no bottled water in the room, Was told I could come back to the front desk and get some. No offer to bring any to the room. Ice machine was unplugged on our floor. Toilet paper holder broken so we had to just sit it on the floor. Coffeemaker only worked on the first try but wouldn't work again. Hotel

For a relaxing stay in a timeless, classy hotel, Hotel Albuquerque is the place to be. The facilities - indoor and outdoors, are clean and well maintained. So much more comfortable and relaxing than a chain hotel, HA serves up hospitality. The food in the Cantina is (of course) New Mexican and fresh. Enjoy!

I booked this hotel because it says it's a 4 star hotel. I'd hate to stay in a 2 star hotel if this is how they rate hotels.
The restaurant serves stale chips. The food was awful. And they do not serve breakfast of any kind - not even coffee!
The room was outdated. The amenities are few - they don't even provide Kleenex! And to top it off, the drain in the bathtub/shower did not drain - gross! I asked for an extra blanket from the front desk because the room was freezing and never received one. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Super close to Sawmill ( love) and old town ( fun) but hotel lacks any kind of hospitality. Extremely slow check in, not very accommodating. Many others checked in before us, made my reservation 6 months ago. Old town and sawmill are all in close proximity, wouldn't waste money at this place when other hotels are close enough and Way nicer, like the Embassy Suites, gorgeous, friendly and accommodating

Booked a balcony suite during balloon fiesta to celebrate our anniversary, at a higher cost, and they checked us into a suite with no balcony. The balcony is all we wanted and it's what we paid for. When we called down to correct the mistake we were told that they had no balcony rooms, even though that's what we had reserved and paid for, and that we were lucky we hadn't been bumped from the hotel as they were overbooked. They acknowledged that we should have received a call in the morning to inform us of the room change, but they were unwilling to reimburse us the difference, offer

This place is beautiful ! Allows it's customers to experience the authenticity of New Mexico from the comfort of a homey hotel. The staff were so personable and took great care of us on our anniversary. Between the large pool and late night bar/restaurant we were so filled with fun vacation vibes. It was so proximal to many great views, yummy eateries and delicious bars ! We loved walking all around and barely had to use the car

Great location, clean , staff friendly and professional from check in to check out and everyone in between . You defiantly felt welcome and staff was concerned for your needs and made sure they were their to assist and make you feel welcome from beginning to end . Walking distance to many restaurants , breweries , Old Town and accords the street from Sawmill Lofts . Pool and hot tub area kept very clean and the secluded garden makes you feel like you are at a spa like resort . Views of the beautiful Sandia Mountains . We highly recommend this for any event or even just a weekend getaway .

I have stayed here many times but this stay has been a disaster. My room was never cleaned my entire visit despite repeated complaints to the front desk, who could only tell me that they were sorry. No offer to take off part of the room cost. Nothing. I will not stay here again despite its wonderful location.

I wanted to put in a good word for
Roxanne .S
I found Roxanne S guest service abilities to be Five Star Excellence equal to that of The Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
Roxanne was very helpful with getting some items I needed for my room and delivered them personally with a warm smile on her face and an amazing upbeat feel in her body language.
She really made me feel like a VIP guest.
I think that the hotel's corporate office should hook Roxanne up with a $ 250.00 gift card to Starbucks, that is how Awesome Sauce Excellent her customer service is.
Hotel Albuquerque should consider itself

Came here with an old friend of mine and REALLY enjoyed the authentic food. As an individual in the Hispanic culture, their food matched it. The green sauce is my favorite!
If you get the chance, Lauren is a great waitress and an even better bartender than the guy bartender. She had fixed our drinks when they came out wrong and helped us decide what entree to get as new tourist to New Mexico. Definitely keeping this place on my list for places to re-visit.

Of all the great Mex in the ABQ, this is our favorite. This location is lush and beautiful. The staff is amazing but food is the star of the show. Have had everything on the menu and nothing disappoints. Shrimp cocktail, queso and sopapillas are stellar. Just order anything, it's all delish and you won't break the bank. Really wish they would go back to a reservation system to cut into the gruelling wait times.

Five star location in a 3.5 star hotel.
Great location on the edge of Old Town. Easy to walk to the Albuquerque Museum to visit their beautiful outdoor sculpture garden, Tiguex Park and the church and shops at Old Town.
Check in was easy. Parking lot was empty. Social distancing, masks and limited occupancy are being enforced. Hand sanitizers are everywhere throughout the property.
Rooms are comfy but basic. Think an older Doubletree or an updated Hampton. Nice to have a corner peekaboo view of the sunrise. Although all services except the front desk were closed, the property looked charming

Honestly on par with a Motel 6. Paid almost $200. Walked in and waited at the front desk for about 10 mins. Finally the employee came (with no sense of urgency) and said he had to deliver something to a room. Okay, is there really only 1 employee that works here? The lobby was pretty nice but literally everything was closed. No food, no coffee, nada. The worst part was the room. The spring mattress must have been from the 80s. The rooms are begging for an update. Crappy tile floor, old wallpaper, small tv. I would choose a holiday inn over this any day.

Filled with charm. Not a huge chain hotel, personalized. Very friendly staff, helpful. Walking distance to Old Town. Pool with adequate temp. Get a balcony- nice view from my 7th floor room. Rooms are roomy, bathroom and vanity. Good closet space. Liked walking around the grounds with a cup of coffee in the early morning.

Honestly, I was expecting more than what was the reality of when I got there. The hotel is tall and vast and when you step into the lobby it is absolutely beautiful and captivating and feels a lot like the culture in New Mexico. But that excitement quickly dwindled upon entering the elevator and then up to the hotel floor and into the hotel room where, while semi cozy, it is clear that this establishment is due for renovations on the inside. Had I known the rooms would have modeled and still fashioned in the late 90s early 2000s Decour and comfort level I would have chosen the hotel next-door.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was pretty good. They have FREE locally made biscochitos made by Rude Boy Cookies, locally made. They are like sugar cookies with anise in them. They are pretty good, liked them.
Room was nice and clean. Good toiletries. They have Keurig machine for making individual coffee or tea.
They have a Garduno's restaurant inside the hotel, they give you 15% off with hotel stay. We had breakfast there 2 times.
They are close to Old Town so it's an easy walk over there too.

This place was a great spot to eat. Old town was jam packed on a Saturday. I quickly found this spot to eat just on the outskirts of Oldtown. The hotel was busy but there was plenty of room. I found a spot at the bar and had professional service from beginning to end. The food was delicious and the drinks were lit!
