I brought my family here for the holidays, and was impressed. The lobby is huge and beautiful, the rooms were very clean, we were given an upgrade to a gorgeous artist room which I highly suggest if you stay there. For Covid reasons they ask everyone to wear masks around the lobby, and everytime I left my room I saw an employee cleaning and disinfecting places people touched. This is definitely a hidden gem, we will be visiting again soon.

Good Place to stay. Was bummed the bar area was closed. One of the reason we stayed here, to stay in and sit at the bar. Other than that it was good. We had a star wars themed room which was awesome. The splatter on the wall when you first walked in scared my other half, she said it looked like blood. Having a limited bar at front desk was nice. Local artists paint these rooms I was told.

The facility is nice enuff - quiet and comfortable. Folks at the desk were professional. I will stay again because of the location and satisfaction with the arrangements.
My issue - 'To further enhance your Nativo Lodge experience, a $20 per night (plus tax) Amenity Fee will be added to your daily rate.' Get real, other than offering a couple of beers 'on the house' this is nothing more than an up charge on the basic room rates. Everything else is pretty much standard anywhere else. I get it - the up charge is compensation that would otherwise be gotten from the bar and eatery on site. For what

Upon arriving at Nativo Lodge I was promptly greeted by a gentleman by the name of Bobby, he was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He made myself and my family feel welcome, and made note of the amenities offered at the hotel. I have not received customer service this good in many years. I always say first impressions are the most important and my first impression was Bobby. Your Hotel is so very beautiful, staff were great and I give your hotel 5 stars, because I received 5 star service from Bobby as well as the other staff. And because of these things my stay at Nativo Lodge was terrific

Besides the location this was a nightmare. First, they didn’t have record of our reservation and questioned whether or not we actually made one. We literally had to show our confirmation to prove we made a reservation.
Once they figured out the issue they sent us up to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, beds weren’t made, and was completely disgusting.

The rooms are large and spacious with very high ceilings.. the layout is pretty awesome of the building. we were able to get a spot right on the first floor and able to park right in front of our room. the… location of this spot is awesome.. centrally located to everything and just minutes away from all the hot spots in Albuquerque.

It’s supposed to be a high end hotel and we wanted to stay in a nice place?!?! We’ve had better experiences at a motel 6! We got the the room was dirty bed not made no towels or soap! The lady at the front desk was nice and apologetic about it and came up to the room to make the bed herself that the so called manager said he cleaned the room before… we got there. We had to clean the room get our own towels and soap and toilet paper! The only reason we stayed is because we were going to get charged for it anyway. Would definitely not recommend it or ever stay there again !!!

This place is phenomenal. The front desk staff were more than willing to assist me without a reservation and with a smile. This would be my first visit and inside the decor is magnificent and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The front desk did their best to lower my price, get me a great room. This is one of the most relaxing hotel I've ever been too and I'll definitely be back. Well done Nativo Staff.

Outdated but worth the splurge. Elevator carpet needed a good cleaning and doors a good use a shine. Room was very clean and sanitized. Bed was soft and comfy. No device power bank for charging but enough… outlets around the room that I was able to plug everything in. Water pressure in the shower was to die for. Pool was busy but clean and fun. Front desk personnel at both check in and check out were fantastic and friendly. Complimentary cocktail hit the spot after a long days drive. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying even one night in Albuquerque.
