Moved out of this place a few months ago, the apartments themselves are nice and usually quiet but the staff working in the office is the worst. Extremely rude, horrible attitude for no reason. Definitely made living there unpleasant when having to deal with them. On top of that parking is horrible if you have more than one car, And our car that was parked in our assigned spot was broken into twice!

This place is OLD. Paint (which contains lead) will start to peel off your cabinets and reveal more layers of paint showing that the apartment gets a new paint job probably every time someone has moved out. The counter laminate will begin to dissolve with normal hand soap. The paint in the bathroom starts to ooze and yellow oil due to the heat generated by the shower. Unfortunately the small dinky fan doesn't work and when I had it inspected they just argued with me and said it did work even though I blew a vape cloud in there once and watched the vapor sit there with the "fan" on. Renter Beware! If you have any other options, rent somewhere else. I lived at Waterridge apartments for a little over one year and overall my experience was bad.
Parking is terrible. You only get once parking spot in a carport behind a gate. The gate is controlled by a remote given to each tennant. That does not stop random theives and homeless people from coming into the complex and breaking into cars. Car brake-ins are a regular thing.
These apartments are very old. They appear to have been built in the late 60s or early 70s. The insulation is very weak. So you can hear every word of your neighbors

I lived here for 11 months. Expect the following:
No Parking. While they say they sell additional parking spots for an additional $50/m, that is an absolute lie. They actually have around 80 unassigned spots that are full most of the time.
To not get your security deposit back. They charge you painting and carpet cleaning regardless of it being clean. I got 1/5th of it back. I was a Resident Assistant in the past, I know what comes down to wear-and-tear. To see the charges there is downright madness.
Honestly, I wish I never chose this place to live in and I hope their staff treats their tenants
