Alvin is amazingly thorough. I've had him perform inspections for me and for several of my clients, and they have always been impressed at his level of detail and availability to clarify any questions. He takes his time and teaches about issues that are specific to each home. On pre-listing inspections, it's especially helpful to hire someone so thorough, because the buyers have never been able to come back and ask for something later that was missed on our inspection!
