I worked with Tim because my Realator recommended him and I was/am so pleased. He was so thorough in his search and spent about an hour on the phone explaining everything to me slowly so I would understand and retain. He took photos and connected them to his report with arrows and explanations as well. He did the inspection at 10am, was on the phone with me before noon and wrote a very detailed report before 8pm. He is quick, friendly and easy to work with. If I do not get THIS house I will Absolutely use him again.

The inspector, Tim, was fantastic! He was extremely thorough and knew exactly what he was talking about with each section of the house. The report of the inspection was very professional, detailed, and most importantly easy to understand for people who don’t know anything about housing inspections. I would highly recommend Tim and his company to anyone buying or selling their home!
