Kristine Messick has owned and operated Crow's Nest Home Inspections, LLC since 2003. Her background in home renovations and remodeling gives her a keen eye into the details of home construction. As buyers of a turn of the century home there were of course some things we wanted an in depth inspection of. Crow’s Nest was recommended to us buy our real estate team (Milkovich- love them!) and we thought Daniel did an exceptional job. He was very thorough, trustworthy and communicative. We were working with a older home that sent us a few curve balls but Daniel knew what to look for and even had some simple solutions for us.

Josh did a great job with our home warranty inspection needs. Really thorough and super thoughtful and made sure to ask how soon we needed the report. The reporting dashboard itself that Crow's nest provided is very user-friendly. The uploaded videos are helpful overall to the inspection report, and you can access the downloadable PDF there as well, which is what you usually send to lenders, realtors, etc. The email reminders are thoughtful, not intrusive so I appreciate that. Lastly, they have great customer service. Same-day response to emails, and phone calls, even after work hours. Use these

I'm a first-time home buyer and the experience with Crow's Nest was great from start to end. Easy online document review, signing, and payment. The inspector was very professional and friendly, and helped me better understand the features of the home I am buying as well as some minor issues I should keep an eye on and potentially address in the near future. I haven't moved in yet, so I suppose it's possible they've missed something, but I feel very confident in the inspection report and satisfied with their service.

Crow's Nest is top notch. I recently had to schedule a last minute same day inspection for clients wanting to offer on the home. Crow's Nest was able to send out an inspector that same morning. Daniel was friendly, professional, and very thorough. We received a verbal report that same day so we could continue to meet the offer deadline, and a written report was later provided. I've had other experiences with Crow's Nest where the service was also friendly, professional and thorough.
