I’ve always had great service, the staff is always friendly and professional when they see my dogs. Our veterinarian always take the time to sit with dogs so they feel comfortable before he exams them. I would highly recommend them to all my acquaintances.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this place. My dog is 18 and needed dental surgery, I was so scared due to his age and just leaving him in someone elses care in general. They treated him like a baby of their own!! When I arrived to pick him up after the procedure he was getting some special treatment and being cuddled at the front desk, all the ladies working told him what a good boy he was and gave him hugs or kisses before we left. I can tell they were gentle and treated him well, he was so happy and felt so much better after the surgery even when his pain meds wore off. I was

Our cat was acting funny. Lucky pet did over $500 worth of blood work and didn't find anything wrong. We even took her back a couple of days later when there was no improvement. This time they gave her two injections and charged us another hundred dollars. They even physically examined her. They never did catch the fact that somehow she had injured her tail. Happily, it's healing on its own. $600 down the drain. Going to find another vet.

I had a great experience at Lucky Pet. The front desk staff are friendly, informative and welcoming!! Never made me feel rushed or ridiculous for over thinking and over asking everything! My dog needed a pretty intense surgery and they gave me the attention and time I needed to feel comfortable. The vet techs are awesome as well. Patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. The Dr. was exactly what we needed for our girl! He took the time to get on the floor with her and get her to trust him. He was kind and explained everything in a way that I understood and didn’t feel rushed or bad for taking

I have an older fur baby that's really skittish and they took wonderful care of her. She did really well with the girls and Dr. Doug. The staff is sweet, helpful and really love working with our pets. They explained everything clearly. They were prompt and gave me all the time needed to discuss my dogs and their treatment. I wish I could find a PCM that was this good for me. ❤️ Highly recommend. Five paw rating from Copper and Michelle 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
