Location was good. Liked that the pool is open for 24 hours a day, but it is poorly lit. Rooms are large, but dated. Housekeeping forgot to service our room during our trip. Free breakfast was awful...the line was long, they were out of many items, and it did not taste good. We chose to eat out after trying once.

Our room was better than expected. It could of been cleaner around the refrigerator area more and vacuumed around the bed area better. The couch truly needs to be replaced. We had great views. Loved the location. Hotel was beautifully decorated when walking in. Front desk workers were very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was always friendly. The only disappointment is the other guests at the hotel. People letting their kids run up and down the halls. Church groups were there and the teenagers were very loud. In and out of the doors slamming them. People smoking on the balconies. I've never seen

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The Music Road Resort Hotel is in a good location and close to most everything while still being off the main strip. They have both an outdoor pool and an indoor pool as well as a little arcade to use. Nice views from the balcony and a good breakfast round out the reasons to stay here. My family greatly enjoyed our visit and stay here.

It is very clean and a beautiful hotel.
My only complaint is to just be careful when making a reservation. A delux queen room is simply a basic room. I thought or I guess you should say assumed according to the photos of the room that were on the one I booked, that we would have a nice view, but not at all. We are looking at the back of another hotel.🙄

This place was amazing. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the pools and the game room. I really liked that the indoor pool was open all night long since we got in so late. Our room was off the back so we were facing the creek and it was awesome to sit and listen to at night. We will definitely be back
