Prospective renters will need to complete our rental application available through this site. I hired Premier Property Management to take over my rentals from another firm in town. They completely turned things around for me, have placed wonderful tenants in my properties, and do an all around great job.

This has been the worst experience I had with a property management group. We moved up from Florida to Vancouver, WA for a great job opportunity the only mistake was renting from Premier Property Management. They are unethical and unprofessional. I reviewed the unit I wanted to move online and complete my application fee and put down my down payment expecting to move in by August 1, 2019. However, they didn't have the unit ready. We discovered the unit showed online was not the same unit I rented. They stated that since all the unit are the same, they just used photos from other unit for advertisement

We've had nothing but good experiences with Premier! Our rental application process was smooth and they were courteous all along the way. During our time here, they've repaired everything we've asked them to, and even done great remodels.
After reading the negative reviews here, I wonder if most negative experiences are the result of "garbage in, garbage out." If you read your lease agreement, understand it, and be kind to the people who work here, you'll have a great experience. If you put "garbage in" and don't understand your lease, or you act nasty to the people who are leasing you a place

I cannot share the private details due to legal reasons but this company is extremely unprofessional. The owner called and asked very private information about our office landlord and was very unprofessional. I have emailed multiple people/times in the past few weeks with concerns and received no response. Be very carful working with this company. There are many other options and this is not one I would consider.

Don't waste your time. Like usual, you have to list every adult that is going to live in the home. Fair enough. However when my parents listed my grandma, who has no credit, because she has none of her own bills because she can't physically and mentally take care of herself, they were denied. My parents make MORE than enough to pay the rent and they both have good credit. My mom tried to explain this to whoever the horrible woman she spoke to and all she got was constant "unfortunately this is how it works" and then the woman tried to blame the Fair Credit Act. Don't waste your time with this property management company. All they want is your money and don't care how they get it. My wife and I applied for a rental property and because of some confusion with their application process they denied us. They didn't even try to let us fix the mistake. When I called and finally got someone to answer, Dawn tried to get me off the phone as quick as possible and was very rude. I tried to ignore the bad reviews but after this interaction with them I can only assume they treat their tenants this bad once you finally get a home.

Terrible company. They never fixed a thing. Had a hole in the soffit over my balcony where a bird had made a nest and crapped all over my out door furniture. Property manager just said to basically deal with it because she couldn't get anyone to go on a ladder to fix it. Asked the property manager what I needed to do about a thirty day notice. Told me I just had to write her a letter stating I was moving out. She was never in her office so they didn't receive it for over a month, so they came after me on the charges for two months when I didn't even live there. They didn't clean

First, they sent my security deposit to the rental house I had just moved out of. Not having access to the mail box and moving back out of state you could see how frustrating this was. Then called and they told me because I hadn’t left a forwarding address (even though they have my number and a picture of my ID for another address). I guess it’s hard to give one of their customers a call or email that they don’t have any information where to send the check, instead we are sending it to where you just moved out of. Then processed to charge me 35 dollars

I am not a renter with this group but I had called to ask about a house I found, after I got off of the phone I decided to look at the reviews because the lady I talked to was very rude sounding and didn’t give any effort to sound professional. I’m very glad I looked at these reviews to save my energy, time and money. I also am very bummed because I love the two houses I found to rent and they were perfect for my family but do not want to be stuck for 12 months if it ends up being how all of these reviews are. Sucks that you have to lose serious customers over reviews.

It's no wonder so many people are homeless around this area. The policies put in place by this company make it impossible for even those of us with resources to find a place. What chance do young families or people working an hourly wage have? We are a family with a combined income of $130,000 with $165,000 in savings. Our two sons are 22 and 23 and Premier rejected our application because, though both boys have solid jobs and excellent references, neither boy earns three times the rent. It didn't matter that we are a family and have lived together for 10 years.

We applied for a place, they got back to us shortly after and told us we were approved but needed an extra 1000 deposit for my $300 worth of debt. Cool, no big deal. The place was not available for three months and they told me they put it on the market early because the current tenants gave their notice early. Sure, not a problem. Dawn then scheduled me a viewing (without my permission) that I could not make after I paid 120 to get approved. She told me she could not reschedule because there were other people in line. So what? Wouldnt pay their share of a charge for the gas bill after we were late to report a move. To much BS and paperwork to start with. They made payments for pre-rental difficult. Lied about re-keying the home when we moved in (we found a hide-a-key in the yard, and it fit) And they forced us to move during the pandemic, with no help to seek a new rental. And they said we were good renters. They are not your friends. Can't rate any lower.

He daily kept us updated, all in the midst of having their second child. Moving to WA from southern CA was quite involved and

The person we worked with was nice and professional enough, though It seems this company may employ some predatory and questionable business practices using slick legal tactics.
After noticing their consistently bad reviews and having a few different family members whom practice law and work in property management look into the paperwork and this company itself, we were strongly advised to not go forward.
Regardless of our background/credit check coming back squeaky clean and proving we are more than financially responsible they still tacked on additional deposit fee’s and then sent us a bogus

This is a review for our house listing and sale.
This was the fifth time we've sold a home so we've had some experience with realtors. We recently sold our Camas home and our agent, Michelle Monroe, went way, way beyond any other agent we've had experience with. Of course, she helped us prior to the sale to prioritize projects to help the sale; but we left town prior to listing so Michelle continued to stage our house prior to putting it on the market. Our home sold in 5 days and then Michelle recommended and coordinated with contractors to resolve issues with the inspection

The amount of problems I've had with our brand new townhouse has been nothing short of ridiculous. From cable lines not being available, to bathroom lights tripping the breakers every time turned on. Had leaking in our shower head that leaked behind the walls, and recently a dish washer that has been broken for two weeks and still no one has attempted to fix or even call me. As a single father raising two boys, it just sucks to have so much going wrong all the time and for the maintenance/ builders to drag their feet when it comes to fixing the issues. Very easy and great experience. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. My boyfriend and I just moved to the Vancouver area and have limited knowledge and everyone was super informative and made the transition very easy. Then it was multiple emails & phone calls trying to get things fixed. Needless to say they never were.
We even offered to do some of it ourselves but they use contractors.
Then to add insult to injury we were charged for things we had tried to get repaired or replaced.
BEWARE No refundable pet deposits (per pet) regardless of the condition on the house & on top of monthly "pet rent" per pet.
Non refundable move in deposit regardless of the condition of the house.

Do not do business with the company. I located a house I was interested in and was told I would have to complete an application and pay a $60.00 fee to process the application. I was informed I would not be able to tour the house without completing an application. In addition, I was informed that $55.00 of the application fee would be refunded if I didn't like the house. They would keep $5.00 for an administrative fee.
Since the house was occupied by tenants, I was told I would be called by Premier to schedule a walk through on a certain date. No call, no email. I emailed the company

This company was horrible when I rented a property from them years ago. I was contacted 4 years after moving out from the property because somehow they still had my name tied to the lease. All around bad experience.
Now I need to rent out my own home, and I contacted them to get information and an estimate for managing my property. They never got back to me. It doesn't matter what side you are on with Premier, they are non responsive and disorganized all around.

Worse property management for both renters and property owners. I finally had to fire them from taking care of my rental property.
They do not take care of problems at the property when renters ask multiple times for something to be fixed. I found out my renters actually had to fix a bunch of issues themselves because the management was non responsive.
They use the owner like a cash cow. They do inspects on the property as they need cash. Sometimes will go a couple years before do an inspect. Other times they do multiple in a single year. Each time as the owner I have to pay $100.

THIEVES! CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Unethical and fraudulent practices. Filing a complaint with the BBB and meeting with our attorney.
First of all they NEVER took care of any repairs. There was mold in the master bathroom that we had to take care of, blinds never hung, garage smelling of gas, rodents in the vents....Hard to get ahold of and if you did, they were rude and dismissive.
When we moved our we asked for a walk through, which they would not allow. We moved out, leaving the home in better shape then we found it ... carpets professionally cleaned, home professionally cleaned, light bulbs

Terrible experience with this company. The office staff are unorganized, unprofessional, and unattentive unless it comes to sales. I have had dozens of experiences where they have dropped the ball. You have to pay for your carpets to be professionally cleaned (and show a receipt) PLUS pay a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. I have yet to see my deposit, but I hope that Linda from "manintenance" is organized enough to see that we put in requests for things that were never repaired so that we are not charged, but honesty with the experience thus far, and others experiences with them,

In any event, I toured a (great) condo that they were managing and afterwords, I was told the owner might be increasing the rent to change the carpet. Clearly owners are going to do what they want but creating a reasonable experience is what management companies are suppose to do; randomly changing
