This is a great property management company. They are very professional, responsive and easy to work with. They keep their units very well maintained and respond quickly to any maintenance requests. Everyone there I've worked with has been very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitite to rent from them or refer other people to Portland Property Mangement.

During our 1+ year tenancy, PPM and the maintenance crew has been urgent, effective, friendly and very helpful. they've heard our issues and validated us time and time again. Gregory and team are awesome and great communicators. they make us feel very heard and taken care of. email correspondence is always fast and efficient. the PPM crew has looked after us well and it's unfortunate to see so much negativity on here. everyone is doing their best during such crazy times. be kind to one another!

We took our kids because it was always their favorite place. Our food was excellent but they tried there's and both wouldn't eat it. The meats were overcooked and they hated the scrambled eggs and that's not like either of them. It took forever to get plates for the pancakes to put on so we could try to put those separately but by then they'd given up.

I worked with this management company for the last 5 years. The rentals were my fathers before he passed away and he was with them for a long time before that. They have been the absolute best. If anything came up they were quick to let me know and sent all options of what to do then took care of everything for me. I never had to worry about anything as an owner. Even any laws regarding rentals and renters were sent my way.
You want the best managers for your rentals you should hire them! I would recommend them to anyone.

Rented from these jackwagons for about a year, ended up leaving a couple months ago. My roommates said PPM had been helpful and responsive before I moved in and I just can't imagine we were talking about the same company. Essentially entirely unresponsive on any issue that couldn't get them money-when the lock to the front door was sticky they sent a guy to fix it up toute suite because I sure wasn't gonna pay rent if I couldn't even get into my house, but anything else was low on the priority list. The one time they DID do an inspection, they politely informed us that all the maintenance issues

Rented a property through PPM and we lived there for only one year before rent prices had increased.
As prior reviews have mentioned, any work orders or maintenance requests were made to seem like we were being difficult.
At move-in, we requested window screens for our windows to the kitchen and bathroom which were damaged and didn’t actually sit properly in the window frame. PPM owner, Tenley simply replied that window screens are not required. They kept saying they would reach out onto the owner to have the issue resolved but they were empty words and NEVER followed up with a response with

I was a renter recently enough that I remember this: as a renter you are almost never fully satisfied with your rental, and by proxy, with the "landlord" or property manager.
Nothing against renters, that's just the way it is. But please understand most/all of these negative reviews are from tenants, not property owners.
If you are a property owner here looking for a company to help you manage a rental, I cannot recommend PPM highly enough. They have managed my (only) rental for over a year and a half now, and honestly I am amazed at how much work they do for the tiny percentage they take as

I took a travel assignment as a nurse to Portland and had the unfortunate experience of renting from this company. This company lacks integrity, plain and simple. Please save yourself the hassle and woe of dealing with people like this and rent from someone else. Their business practices are neither ethical or honest.
They were initially very responsive and helpful trying to get me into one of their available rentals. While renting from them, I was constantly intruded upon by the owners of the property; they would stop in whenever, let themselves into the back yard early in the morning waking

I will never go rent through this Management company again. So unprofessional throughout my entire time renting. While in the home I never had an issue, they left us alone for the most part except for reminders here and there. However during the entirety of my time renting with them I never once got a hold of them when i needed to. My call was NEVER answered, and it would take a day or two before I ever heard back. Once move out came around they were just as unprofessional. They requested back a key they never distributed, rather one we had to dig out of a closet that had about 5 other random keys

This company is probably great for homeowners, not so for tenants. We received notice approximately 6 months prior to our lease's end date that the home was being sold and asking if we wanted to move out early. We did not wish to, and things got worse from there. We underwent many inspections, home entries, and "improvements", and did not feel that the home was ours for the last several months of our lease. At one point, landscapers entered the property unannounced and plowed the back yard, including some plants that we had planted. The home owner did offer compensation for the plants, but every
