Home Inspections are about infusing the home buying process with transparency, trust and disclosure. So isn't it odd how coy some inspection companies are about their pricing? Our InterNACHI certified home inspectors will review your home for any moisture, mold, or mold conditions. Radon is a serious problem for Utah homeowners.
At InspectUP, our General Home Inspections are structured around an organized approach that ensures we are as thorough as possible. Reports are completed in-house to minimize the chance of something being forgotten or undocumented. Our inspection process ensures homeowners have data they can trust in order to make smarter decisions.
An infrared test allows a home inspector to see more than the naked eye alone. InspectUp Home Inspections performs infrared testing to check your home for any water or insulation issues. Don't wait until you're shocked by a high utility bill after you move in. This valuable service will let you know if your potential home has suitable insulation and the proper energy saving measures in place.
Did you know that one out of every three homes tested in Utah has radon levels above federal guidelines? Make sure the home where your loved ones lay their heads at night doesn't have elevated levels of radon. This odorless, colorless gas is dangerous because it can cause lung cancer, especially in young children.

Highly recommend! InspectUp did a thorough job at a reasonable price which included radon testing at no extra charge. I received outstanding customer service from the moment I called and it's easy to see that Harry is passionate about what he does. I appreciated that he took the time to walk me through the home, showed me his concerns and suggested courses of action. Don't hesitate to call!

We just had a home inspection done by this company. They did an awesome job. Very meticulous and took their time to ensure that everything was looked at thoroughly. Their secretary was easy to talk to, they reminded us of the appointment, and they did more than just a regular inspection.
In past experience using a different home inspector, they were not thorough and decided not to inspect things like the foundation and check for leaks for different features. But InspectUP really went above what we expected a company to do for us.

Sadly, they’re a really dishonest company and will refuse to rectify their mistakes or take responsibility for their poor inspection. Beware! We hired them for a house we were buying and they claimed the roof and insulation was fine, come to find out half of our house has no insulation and the roof can’t even be covered by Home insurance because of the poor quality. We bought the house based on their “passing” inspection. We wouldn’t have bought the house if they did a thorough inspection. They refuse to refund our inspection fee, or do anything about the roof, or insulation. In fact

This was my first experience in buying a home and I am so glad I used InspectUp for the inspection of the home. Harry was very thorough and was honest with his concerns of the home. He answered all of the questions I had to help me understand all the details. If he was unsure about something, he did his research with other professionals in the field to give me an educated answer. I felt like I was in good hands. 10/10 would recommend!

This was my second time getting a home inspection service, and I have to say I was extremely happy by Inspect Up's service even when compared to my last one. They caught all the major and minor issues before I purchased my home, which helped me negotiate on the price. If I will be needing a home inspection in Utah again, I will definitely consider them first.

I totally agree. Stay away from this trash company. The inspector Harry knows nothing. He missed all obvious water damage which is supposed to be the main focus for an old home inspection. He didn't tell me the roof was so bad and didn't discover the leak from the roof too. I had to pay double to fix the roof and extra few thousand dollars to replace the windows and water damage. The worse thing was their inspection report misled us to buy the house with full price because it made us believe that the house was in a good condition. They didn't want to responsible for any of their mistakes. When
