Behind The Scenes Home Inspections was established in 2004 by Troy and Melanie Gailey. As co-founders of the company Troy and Melanie both share a deep commitment to our core founding business principles of honesty, integrity, and the desire to provide an unbeatable customer experience to those in need of our services.
We really go deep behind the scenes of every home we inspect, looking far beyond the surface cosmetics. Often times homes have hard to find defects, that our highly trained inspectors are trained to find. We ALWAYS recommend getting a thorough home inspection, regardless of the age or apparent condition of the home you are considering and regardless of the negotiated terms of your real estate purchase.

Jarred was very thorough and professional. He took the extra time to explain things to me and help me understand how different features work in the new home I am buying. He was friendly and answered any questions I had. I feel confident with our purchase, knowing Jarred checked everything top to bottom! I qm buying my first home and did the standard inspection. The BTS inspector, Jarred, came out and performed a thorough home inspection which he then walked us through at the home. It is incredibly valuable to have greater assurance about the home along with a clear list of what items need maintenance/repair. Jarred is very knowledgeable and was helpful in explaining issues and suggesting potential solutions.

Troy did a amazing inspection. Very detailed, I love being able to see all pictures in the report. He was able to flag a lot of issues with our new construction home. We have been watching our home built very closely and really didn’t think we needed an inspection. But after he did his inspection I was glad we did because he was able to catch some issues we missed!
