Since Mama G's was established in 1968 in Corcoran, MN, it has been a local favorite! With one of the largest outdoor patios in the Twin Cities, Mama G's has been a destination for volleyball and outdoor music for years. Our one of a kind Tiki Bar offers a beach-like feel with swings and sand under your toes.

Menu Report

3 Slices of golden brown French Toast served with side of maple syrup and dusted with powdered sugar. Corn tortilla chips topped with melted cheeses, lettuce, pico, black bean and corn salsa, jalapeno and green onion. Chopped romaine tossed with Southwest ranch dressing, black bean and corn salsa, diced tomatoes, bell peppers and green onions.

Mama G's hosts live music every Sunday afternoon from 2-6 pm during our spring through fall months. From one-man bands to lively trios, you're sure to enjoy our bands accompanied by our drink specials, bean bag toss, basketball court, tiki bar, volleyball courts, or just while lounging on our huge outdoor patio.

Ok so it's a dive. It's been around for decades and according to my Dad has burnt down at least once. You don't come here expecting good food. The burgers are just fine. All of the bartenders are friendly and attentive. The volleyball is incredibly fun and the refs are good people.

The food was very good service was a little weird at the beginning but was fine at the end and I do not like the fact that you have to use plastic knives forks spoons there is no plates I don't like that I like having real silverware and real plates most restaurants have switched back to that at this point in time they need to do it also I get it cut down on cost but that's not for me

They serve RAW CHICKEN!!! Then didn’t comp the meal. Avoid at all cost this place. We should have know based upon the buckets catching water from the ceiling.

I ordered a burger and a side salad. The waitress was very friendly and the food prep didn't take long. The bar was a little rowdy, but it was a Friday evening. when I got my order, I could tell that the burger was burned, it had a bitter taste to it. I primarily ate my salad and won't plan on going again anytime soon.Not the best memory.

Mama G's was a good time. We were looking at a house and needed to wet our whistle. We sat on the patio, Sunday afternoon, they had live music, he was a real crowd-pleaser.
If we end up moving out there we will be here a LOT.

Went for a sand vball tourny. The ambiance was fantastic. The staff was friendly. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap, it came out quick and accurate. It was on the spicy side but still delicious.

I love Mama G's! A great little dive bar scene- come as you are vibes. I've been going here for years. Cheap drinks, cheap bar food, good people. It's fun to watch the volleyball games during the week too. I love the mini corn dog basket and their pizza. We stop here often after golfing nearby.

Food is really good. We have tried almost everything on the menu at this point. The Greek Chicken sandwich with a Caesar salad is really good as is the PB&J burger (pepper jack, bacon and jalapeños) as well. And the wings. And the... oh, don't forget about those other things.... drinks. Thats it, good cheap drinks. Breakfast burrito is also really good.

Don't go here if you value your freedom. I Ubered here one night and had some drinks. They overserved me, never cut me off, never offered me a cab, and just assumed I was driving home so they called the police and a cop was waiting for me outside at bar closing time to try and arrest me for a DWI. After a couple years of being a regular here apparently this was their way of saying they don't like me there. Boy was there egg on their face when I got my phone out and started ordering an Uber and my car wasn't even in the parking lot. It was a total setup. The cop even drove me home

Not somewhere that will knock your socks off, but they do a good job with all things Thai sweet chili including their wraps and pizza.

Tons of outdoor space, but just an underwhelming menu. You know what your getting yourself into here and there isn't anything wrong with that under the right circumstances.

Worst service EVER. Because we walked in not a regular and not wearing biker gear we were completely ignored. No greeting from either of the servers who were busy yapping with all of their friends that apparently they hadn't seen in a while. Bartender in the restraunt was great. We stiffed the outside servers due to their incompetent effort and gave the bartender inside cash... hopefully she won't share it because the 2 outside CERTAINLY did not deserve it. WILL NEVER GO BACK and will share this story with everyone I know.

Awesome place to go have a beer and play a relaxed game of pool, darts, bags, etc. The menu is simple, being mainly bar food and the food is usually delicious. If you're in the area and want to have a lowkey cocktail this is the place to go!

Before you try their pizza you should ask if it is their new crust or their old crust. Their new crust ruined what was a great bar with awesome pizza. Now it is a fun place to go and have a drink, but their new pizza tastes like Aunt Mables frozen pizza from the 80's and 90's. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone again until it switches back.

The food is just regular bar food. The atmosphere is pretty good, with a great outdoor area. I won't be going back, however, since they use all single use plastic. Don't they have a dishwasher? At the very least, compostable or biodegradable cups.

We live just down the road from Mama G's and we love it. The food is great. The bar has a old town, everybody knows your name vibe. They offer volleyball, pool, pull tabs, etc. If they're busy, waiting on service can be a bit of a drag but it's worth it.

We were the only table that had to get our own drinks from the bar! Been here 30 mins and nobody has asked us if we would like food. Guess I would consider this a major dive of a sports bar!

I enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere - a locals place for sure! Quesadilla is a generous portion - we split if. Prices reasonable. We always get prompt friendly service even though busy - more prompt during winter time.

Volleyball leagues in summer, generous meat Raffle on Friday nights from Brothers. Bingo in Monday nights 630. Pool tables, darts, and of course pulltabs.
